Services
On Memorial Day in 2010 we lost our beloved 20-year old son, Aaron, in a tragic car accident. Faced with multiple decisions at a time of extreme emotional upheaval, we stumbled our way into a fitting memorial service and interment for our son. The providers we worked with were genuine and caring, but nonetheless all of the decisions we were faced with were difficult and we felt very overwhelmed and vulnerable.
The loss of a loved one can leave you with a lot of unanswered questions, and feelings of stress, anxiety, and grief can make planning difficult to handle. The experienced funeral director at Cabarrus Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery will guide you through the aspects of the funeral service with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Our facility originally started with Cabarrus Memorial Gardens, an existing cemetery at the corner of Cold Springs Road and NC Highway 73E in Cabarrus County. In 2019 we broke ground on a beautiful new funeral home situated right on the grounds. Stop by to see our new building and visit with one of our helpful counselors.

My brother passed away on August 2, 2021 and from the time I called Maggie, she was so loving and caring and knew exactly what to do to take care of my needs. I never felt rushed anytime I talked to her or any of her staff. They were all very accommodating and answered all my questions very promptly. His Celebration of Life was handled very professionally and very respectful. Cabarrus Funeral, Cremation and Cemetery recently handled my mother's cremation and services. Services were held at their facility, with a combination of in-person and zoom attendees. The whole process from initial notification to picking up final paperwork was smooth, courteous, calm and made as easy as possible. This was the first funeral I have planned and they provided leadership without pressure and guidance in a sympathetic manner.

Ms. Horn was so amazing. She took care of all the arrangements for the transporting of my grandmother back to Ohio. She was wonderful to work with and made sure my grandmother looked beautiful and had the perfect casket before leaving Cabarrus funeral, cremation, and cemetery. Her kindness was truly appreciated during this emotional time.

From my very first interaction with Mary over the phone when I called to get information all the way through the day of my sister’s funeral, she has been incredible. She is very warm and caring and made this process so much easier. She explained all of our options without making us feel pressured to purchase more than we needed. You can really tell she loves what she does, comforting and helping people in their time of grief. If you live in the Concord area, I highly recommend this establishment. If I could give 10 stars I would. You will not be disappointed!

I will have to say that Cabarrus Funeral made me feel like family. They were attentive, showed empathy, and very helpful with all things. I would recommend this location to any and everyone that has lost a loved one bc of their professionalism, privacy & their love of ppl. Run don't walk, you will not be disappointed!!!

My family and I where very pleased by the services offered by the Cabarrus Funeral Cremation & Cemetery. Maggie Horn was very Pleasent to work with and unbelievably helpful with our fathers service. There staff and the facilities where also unbelievable. I would highly recommend them as your family members burial representatives. So much so that I and my wife have already selected this location as our last resting place.

My brother's death was so unexpected and heartbreaking. Maggie made it so much more bearable. She took care of the arrangements. She was so thoughtful. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to have taken care of my brother and family. She's so honest and helpful. There's no way I can say enough about this funeral home and the services they provide.
