I was inshock from loosing My loved on out of the blue and so Young, I called The funeral director several times, he Never treated me disrespectful but he begged me not to come say goodbye to Billy, that I wouldn't want to remember Billy that way I don't know why but I actually listened! My father in law passed away suddenly while visiting friends in NC. My husband and I drove immediately from FL to NC to be with my mother in law to arrange for his cremation and return to FL. We had no idea where to turn or who to call. We are forever grateful that we found Steve at Carolina Funeral & Cremation Center. Above and beyond expectation is not an overstatement, at all. Mr. Kusma and his staff are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. Sensitive and knowledgeable of different traditions, they can anticipate what you might want before you ask it. Mr. Kusma is very well connected so he has resources to obtain what you might want, even if it means he drives to get items himself. It’s hard to put into words the level of service that this funeral home provided for us. My brother passed away in the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic and we needed his body to be transported to a different country, Steve with the help of his staff made it happen as fast as he could with a very high level of professionalism. I had to return to Texas and the funeral home took care of all the paperwork needed for this process. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend them.

The kindness that radiates from each and every one of the team members at CFSCC is nothing short of amazing. We recently laid our mother to rest and they couldn't have made her or the service look more beautiful. They really care about the family and your personal wellbeing. I would recommend anyone I know to go with their services when thinking about planning ahead. They made such a hard time in our lives so much easier and more manageable and I cannot thank them all enough for their positivity and generosity. You won't ever regret doing business with them, I swear by it.

My family chose Carolina Funeral Service to handle the service for my father. We used them years earlier for my grandmother's funeral and we were very pleased.
We met with Zachary who helped us through the whole process from beginning to end. We had many options to consider and he had the answers for all of our questions.
Since our dad was a veteran, they arranged for the Navy to be in attendance at the funeral and everyone enjoyed Reverend Brown's sermon.
Zachary and Steve also helped us with the obituary when we needed them late at night during the Labor Day holiday weekend to help us download
