Had a very unpleasant experience with a Service Advisor at MP Motorwerks. Upon walking into the facility employee immediately took a call doesn't acknowledge may presence walks back into shop area looks at a vehicle I'm assume talking with a customer. I rang the customer service button after 5 min finally comes to the counter stating he will be with me in a moment. Very Poor Customer Support and Bad first impression especially as I'm a car enthusiast and have ownership in Motorsports industry in another state.

Best auto repair in Charlotte! Took my LR3 2008 to them multiple times and they have done quality work for the best price. They are also incredibly fast, usually have my car repaired in less than a day.

Mike and his staff was very professional and upfront. He beat the dealership price by a lot while not sacrificing the quality of work. MP Motorwerks also had a quick turnaround on getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. I just knew it would be there at least a week but they got it back to me in a day or so. They also did an additional service for me that I didn’t expect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for repair work especially import vehicles. Thank you.
