The air conditioning unit in your vehicle operates similarly to a refrigerator. Your vehicle's air conditioning unit is designed to move heat from the inside of your car to outside of it. The crew at Fig's Auto are nice, professional, knowledgeable and honest people. I always have great experiences there and I know they will treat me and my vehicle right. Figs Auto Repair is my auto service center of choice. They've done an excellent job keeping my 2006 Toyota Prius running well, and they don't try to oversell services that aren't needed (a refreshing change from other service centers). They provide prompt, frequent communication and ensure repairs are performed correctly the first time. A++!!!

I needed a new mechanic after moving to Charlotte and was lucky to find Fig's. I paid attention to the many cars in their lot daily as a sign they were reputable. After taking my car here I got good informative service about the health of my car. The shop has embraced technology allowing me to approve estimates, book appointments, or review recommended services via text which sets them a part. I highly recommend.

I've been to Figs 2 or 3 times. Let me start off by saying that I've never had an issue with the employees. They are friendly enough and I can't say I've ever felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. They've always been straightforward with no unnecessary up selling. Always a plus. The only thing I've ever had an issue with is the appearance of the waiting area is questionable.

Took my 2012 in for repair and was extremely pleased with the service & courtesy from the staff. Norman, the mechanic, did an EXCELLENT job, was extremely honest and professional. The work was done timely and the total charges were very reasonable. Extremely happy with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs. MUCH better than any experience I have had with a dealership.
