I needed weatherstripping repair to one of my doors and saw the great reviews so called to inquire more info. The customer service was so kind, helpful and informative. Though this wasn't something that could be done here I was pointed to a place down the road. I believe customer service is everything and I was truly so appreciative and impressed by this simple phone call. I would definitely recommend this business.

Absolutely top service. Call with a supposed problem that the Jeep dealer said needed addressed. So I called H&H for a second opinion. Joe spent 10 minutes walking me through the "potential" issue but he was fairly certain it was not critical to the operation. After two weeks I was able to get Jeep in and he basically informed me the $1,500 repair was not needed. He explained the signs to watch for in the future. His honesty and willingness to explain the situation has earned them my business going forward.

Great service! Joe is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Both my husband and I are routine customers now. Before I was even a customer, I called for some advice of a problem of my car. He could easily say come in for an exam and I'll answer you, but Joe answered my question and gave me advice over the phone.

I needed to get my car checked out before going out of town and I walked in to H&H with no appointment or prior notice. Even with a full lot and garage they were willing to try to fit me into their busy schedule. They called me back the same day with the problem and a reasonable quote. They had it fixed by end of business hat same day. Great customer service!!!

Just had a great experience at H&H. Earlier this week, I left my house and attempted to head to work in my 2013 Toyota Corolla, and it wouldn't start - the engine just wouldn't turn over. Mild freak-out moment ensued, as I've never had so much as a dead battery or "check engine" light scare with this car.

The guys at H&H have always been nice and perform solid work. Dan always remembers my name and even remembers most of the previous work they've done on my Accord. They are usually flexible about scheduling which is a plus. The biggest positive to me is the fact I know they never up-sell me anything I don't need. On a few occasions I've gotten second opinions so I definitely trust their judgement. Great location too!

This was my second visit here and, like the first, they were courteous, professional and got the job done quickly (and affordably!) even though I did not have an appointment!
Dan, in particular, took care of me. I was in and out in less than a half hour when I was certain that at least half my day was going to be killed. H&H Automotive is my new go-to car place.

I got a nail in my tire, and he made time to patch it for me same day, despite his crew being busy (it was Presidents' Day). He also voluntarily took the time to look up some information about an oil issue on the Audi.
I'd been here before for inspections, but now I'm happy to know I've found my neighborhood mechanic.

They are truly committed to providing the best customer service possible. I have taken my car here several times and they have always tried to be accommodating even when very busy. I usually speak with Dan and he has always taken the time to explain all my options to me and also tells me what needs to be fixed and what can wait (which I appreciate as an owner of an old car).
