When looking for an apartment I was so excited to find out that this complex had a 24 hr gym available to their residents, however once I started to use it I realized the equipment hasn’t been replaced for at least a decade.. the tread on the treadmill is just about gone, it’s 100% a slipping hazard. The weight rack is definitely on the beginner side, if you want heavier weights to lift you’ll have to either bring your own weights or get a gym membership. Last thing is the space, it’s so small that trying to get a GOOD workout in is uncomfortable, if there’s more than 3 people in there

We had an appointment to look at some apartments recently and the office staff really has us looking forward to making this our new home! Kristen was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. She answered all of our questions and was overall a pleasant person to take a tour with! Very reassuring.

I toured a few months back and felt very welcomed by Kristen. She was very friendly, informative and professional. She stood up and greeted me right away and ensured our tour of the community was nothing short of fantastic. Moving can be hectic but Kristen was on her A-Game & walked me through the online application process which was easy breezy. I also met the maintenance technician who greeted me kindly and answered some questions I had about the 24/7 maintenance services. I ended up having to relocate out of state but I would have loved to live here. Good atmosphere & great team!

I stopped in for a tour of a 2 room, and they were absolutely beautiful compared to anything else around here. The front desk lady, Kristen, was really helpful with my questions pertaining to the complex and surrounding area. In my experiences with tours, it's always seemed as a slight nuisance for the staff to give out tours, but Kristen made me feel most welcomed, and I really appreciate that.

So, I went apartment hunting on my own for the first time and was kind of at a loss. Luckily Kristen was running my tour and was so understanding. She mentioned and answered some questions I never even considered. Real above and beyond. I had some other appointments lined up. But so far this place is the winner!
