I have had nothing but great experiences with Vale Park. My daughter and I moved in here April 2021 (2 bedroom) and love it here. The maintenance is quick to respond when there is a serious concern/issue/emergency on the weekends and listen to anything of concern (when applicable) during weekdays! The management and maintenance have been nothing but kind and considerate in every way possible!!! We chose this complex over another in the area simply due to the kind-heartedness and hospitable atmosphere the staff and residents have created here.
Central heating and cooling is AWESOME & saves on NIPSCO

If you value your privacy I would avoid this apartment complex. Minimal communication from the front office and what little they do provide is laced with horrible attitudes.

This place is amazing. They have a mix of updated apartments and some that haven't been yet. I'm currently living here since April of 2019 and it's been nothing short of fantastic. I don't have any issues with neighbors. Any issues that arise, Brandon and staff are quick to remedy. Really great place to live.

They had no real reason as to why my application was declined . all they could say is they go by a system . Thank God i Found something way better And cheaper And looks Nicer and I Was Able to move In Right away My new apartment people saved my life. Keep your application money there looking for any reason to deny you .

When a place starts out with Saturdays by appointment and "Call us!", you don't expect to hear "Uh, we don't do that," when you ask for an appointment on Saturday to look at an apartment. I don't trust any business who posts blatant lies on their social media.

I lived here in a 1bdrm unit for almost 2 years. It was great. Quiet and comfortable, plenty of parking. Maintenance is on top of even the smallest issue you might have. The team managing the property is top notch, friendly, and very easy to work with.
I highly recommend checking out Vale Park Village if you’re looking for an apartment in Valparaiso.

Very quiet community and my apartment is beyond spacious and just beautiful! The staff is phenomenal! I love it here! My neighbors are so friendly! We help each other out! Thank you for giving our family a chance to live again!

Lived here about two years. Overall it was alright. Management fixed things when they broke and didn't seem to ignore or delay issues too long. A few times washers/dryers broke and it took a bit longer than I would have liked. Neighbors can be hit or miss when it comes to being courteous.
