Be aware of your security deposit. Although I made sure everything was clean before departing. They not only took my security deposit but also charged me an extra 700 plus dollars. I was charged for painting and the carpet( which was from the previous tenant). Things that should be taken care of before new tenants move in( landlord responsibilities). I should of known something was up when they didn't walk the apartment with me before move out.

Do not waste your time or your money!! Management is absolutely terrible. Tried to evict me in the middle of a pandemic against national orders because they decided not to do month to month anymore and per Stephanie, “I was not the only one” and “it would take too long to call everyone.” I had to ask 3 times to even get the name of the person I was talking to, and then on top of that it took me mentioning “national orders against evictions” and “our conversation is being recorded” for them to actually agree to the 60 day notice that WAS IN MY LEASE. But they also “lost my lease

I have a friend that was involved in the fire this year and was horribly misled by management about insurance at the start of the lease. The renters insurance recommended was through a windridge affiliate and turned out to only cover the complexes assets and provided no coverage for the renters. Shameful.

I never had a chance to live here but I can tell by the way they operate I'm glad I didn't. My wife, myself and my closest friend decided to give this place a shot. We filed all the needed paperwork and paid their 200 dollar holding fee. We were told by Vicky that we would hear back about the deposit which she claimed "would be under 1,000.00 dollars". We didn't hear back from her manager for a week which surpassed our 72 hour refund for the holding/application fee. So then we get a call to find out our deposit was 1,500.00 much more than under a grand. We attempted to have our 200 refunded but
