I was having some issues with my current agent and after a meeting with Katie I decided immediately to switch to her office.
She was very informative and super helpful!

I cannot express how amazing my experience with Katie and State Farm has been. What could have been a stressful situation from deeming a vehicle a complete loss was smooth and as stress free as it could be. She was worried about us above all else and her and her amazing team took care of everything Finalized by a 10min call a couple days later. Amazing work, amazing team amazing agent. Glad i made the switch!

Katie is wonderful. She is extremely clear, reasonable, and informative. I feel like she always has my best interests in mind, and I'm super impressed by the whole operation. I never thought I would ever care one way or another about my auto/home insurance provider. But she is as good as it gets.

Katie and her team are amazing! Katie will above and beyond to answer any and all questions you may have. She’ll make sure to get you the best possible deal for any situation and make sure it’s right for you. If you don’t understand insurance things (like me) she makes it’s very easy to understand exactly what you’re paying for and what you can expect. I cannot recommend her and her team enough! 24/10 would recommend.

I met with Katie and she was awesome! I work during the day but she was more than happy to meet with me after hours. She explained all my coverage options and the importance of having insurance in an understable and caring way and thoroughly answered all my questions.
I ended up switching my autos and home and now have more protection with an umbrella policy to. I was concerned about price, like a lot of people are but it was all more affordable than I thought!
I also spoke with Janet briefly and could telll right away that she knew her stuff and was such a delight!

I have been a customer of Katie and her team for a few years. I've really enjoyed the experience. Katie is a thoughtful, intelligent and caring professional. She takes time to understand the needs of my family and what is necessary given our circumstances.
