The top floor of the property displays panoramic ocean views. Directly behind the house is a bar / dance floor included in the rental fee (as pictured below). As well as over 50 acres of property open for exploration. We frequently provide and cater Sunset Campfire Lobster Dinners with optional sides and S'mores.

This place is amazing to have your wedding at. The house is old, from the 1800s. But kept up very well. Nice gazebo out front for ceremony. The backyard has a barn, to have a nice reception in. The barn has a pool table and a bar, bring your own liquor. You hire who you want for all your wedding things, caterer, photographer come on and so on. If you have more guests than there are rooms, other guests can also camp out on the lawn if they'd like. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The place is just so beautiful.
