I’m the last tenant of 4409 Irish Hills dr apt 2c 12/4/21.
I signed my lease on 9/5/21 and the same day I got the police called on me because agent; Alicia I believe is her name scared of me. LOL.
A manager gets called to the office and she told me she has the right to deny me moving in.
Mind you I drove 2 and a half hours just to get the key then move my stuff in
Overall, it’s been a terrible experience with these people
To make matters worst, a tenant/ a worker did a hit and run and Irish hills refuses to help the police to what’s right.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Communication SUCKS. Water is Constantly being shut off without notice. You pay to have laundry facilities but then cannot do laundry because there is no water. Called and complained about the money I lost and they offered me no help. I told them because it was Irish Hills fault for shutting off the water without notice and not the company in charge of our washer and dryers to return my money but management claims they are not at fault either. They only give you a 12 hour notice before coming into your apartment for AC/Heat inspections which is never enough

I wouldnt recommend this place we have had issues with mold and other things that maintenance never fixes also maintenance walked into my apartment when I was not fully dressed and sleeping most terrifying experiences he wouldnt leave I had to tell him several times to leave. also the apartments are in terrible shape with old carpet and old cabinets that are covered in mold. they are always shutting off the water without notice. once my lease is up I'm out of here I dont feel comfortable or safe here

Absolutely atrocious place to live the standards are so low it's sickening. I transferred to one of their "front to backs" because it was supposedly their nicest units and the place had barely been flipped. No cleaning service at all the appliances were disgusting and the carpet had stains and urine all over it I had to pay so much money on my own to make this place something more than a toxic dump because the staff responsible for overseeing this process completely disregarded my concerns and insinuated I should not have transferred in the first place... from my experience this place is low quality

This apartment community is dog/pet friendly but for some reason neglected to make sure that the chemicals they spray on the ground are toxic to pets or not. Called yesterday and was given the run around and no one knew if the chemicals were pet safe. The salt they use in the winter is not pet safe (to my knowledge) either. This is extremely irresponsible and dangerous.
EDIT:
Since I posted this review and had a response from the owner, the landscaping company was out today spraying chemicals that still haven’t been confirmed pet friendly. If you have a pet and were considering moving here

Upon moving in I discovered that my apartment was a disaster and the cleaning service that they have basically vacuumed and called it quits, I had to use a toothbrush and remove mold from all the walls and all the rooms for days prior to moving in. The leasing office Is a disaster I told thim I have mold in my apartment and it’s now been about a month since they told me somebody would be here in an hour. My Internet does not work anymore even though I am paying for it monthly still and when I had somebody send in a work order from the Internet provider they are completely ignoring it it’s been

Since before moving in I have had problems with the leasing office. I was quoted a price and given my rent amount 2 weeks before moving in. They then proceed to increase my rent without a good reason why. On my move in day they messed up my lease and I informed them about it before I paid the deposit. After paying I found out it was still messed up because they never fixed it and they took the money from me anyway (which is a breach on contract on their side since IT WAS ALREADY SIGNED BY MANAGEMENT). After a couple days of arguing with them over it I got the money back. As of now I have been waiting

Don’t rent from here the maintenance is absolutely terrible and so is the Managment the maintenance dosent report anything to the Managment I’ve been here for 3 years and twice now the main sewer line has… flooded the community laundry room and maintenance room as well as the first time flooding my apartment with raw sewage both times this happened I reported it to maintenance about the flooding and the raw sewage it took three days before they came out to clean it off the floor and only showed after I made another complaint and again just last Friday 7/31/2020 the same situation

For the most part I love my apartment. The windows are large, allowing lots of sunlight and fresh air. The windowsills are wide enough that my cats stretch out on them taking in the rays. The rooms are just large enough. The walk in closets are wonderful. Maintanence has done a good job for us when needed. There is a downfall: noisy neighbors thundering up and down the stairwell, slamming the entrance door against the wall, at all hours day and night. But that's not on the apartment, just the renters.
