Had some mechanical issues during an early morning wash and was a bit disappointed and left a review expressing my disappointment. They owner quickly responded and gave me a free wash to make up for it. I really like this wash and I can understand equipment malfunctioning. I'm grateful for the great customer service and will be coming back.

I went to the carwash and used the self serve carwash. My card did not take the first time so I swiped again. Washed my car, and left. Two days later I have 2 15$ charges on my account. Come to find out they take 15 as soon as you swipe. No matter how long it takes to wash your vehicle. The other 15 was the first swipe. Only got 6$ back after disputing with my bank. If you're going to go there, use cash otherwise you get multiple charges for washing your own car!

This business has renewed my faith in auto detailers!
My truck’s paint was in awful condition, and had a layer of poorly placed coating done by another shop. I decided to bring to this location for correctly placed ceramic coating and repair after hearing it highly recommended by family.
My paint had many deep scratches on it that I didn’t expect would be able to be removed! I was pleasantly surprised, and excited to see the miracles they performed. Nearly all scratches and blemishes removed completely, and it is now glossy and protected from the elements!

Pretty disappointed in the fact the kid would not help AT ALL when I accidentally hit the stop button right after the machine had started. So I paid $2 to start the machine and immediately turned it off.
I used to own a self serve car wash in Vancouver and was VERY successful just helping customers and giving them good value for their money. I would never shrug my shoulders at a customer and expect them to return.
I noticed they have a detail shop in the back. Not one car there so I probably could have got a hand car wash fairly quickly. I would have been a weekly detail customer had they helped
