Got my oil changed there. Kid had no idea what he was doing but full on made stuff up to sound like he did and the guy under the car looked like he just crawled out of his car after sleeping in for the last five months. Also the kid didn’t know how to use the sticker maker and left the mileage on it from the last car. My car is now due for another oil change and won’t be going back….oh and couldn’t use free carwash for the car that I got the oil change in due to a rack system on the top….asked if I could take my van through instead and would not let me. I stopped by with plans to have my oil changed at this facility. As I was filling out paperwork the technician was trying to upsell me on an oil filter and said that it would increase the mileage I could get out of my oil change by at least 1000 miles. My car uses fully synthetic oil for the oil changes and I asked him if that would be in addition to the 10000 I should be getting out of my fully synthetic oil change. He looked puzzled and said no he thought I should still be changing the oil every 5000 miles at most. He called to his coworker and asked if he knew anything about a synthetic oil

Fast, friendly, clean car when your done. The vacuums outside are very good. When you get your oil changed they give you a free car wash. There is free WiFi. When you pay they give you a handy wipe for your dash. I could do without the scented paper they give me, or maybe it is a hint that I should listen to.

Avoid at all cost, wife was quoted 69.00 for the oil change and at check out was charged 105.00, they put synthetic without asking her. No free car wash as told. They told her the rear differential was grinding and the oil had to be changed for 95.00. It's unfortunate that a local business has to try and take advantage. We will never return.

On 3/30/2018 I was at this business. I'm sorry to say that this places customer service is really rotten. First of all the customer is always right, second of all , you can't have an attitude before the customer gets out of the car. I always thought that on the job you were required to respect the customer and also not assume what the customer wants. The employer and employee both were way out of line, I was told to leave and never come back, if the owners read this is hope the situation is taken care of. Please be careful at this place, they have no kind of customer relations at all

About a week ago I paid for the "supreme wash" and my car came out looking almost the same. I thought maybe my car was just extra dirty and I didn't notice, but today I went back through again. I don't know what I even paid for. Still leaf marks on my hood and dirt spots. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the people who work there have always been nice.

Buyers beware if you have a K&N Air Filters- Canby Auto lube has been lying to me for years. They say they are "checking/ cleaning my filter with my oil changes but today I asked my husband to take my car in for me for my oil change services. They told him it was clean, so when he got home and was putting in a new headlight for me, he popped open my filter and it was jammed pack with dirt!! He took it back to Canby Auto Lube and they said again to him " Yes we checked it and it's clean" so of course my husband said "really why don't we both take a look"..

I feel it necessary to write this review in hope that others do not fall prey to this oil drain and fill business. I was in need of an oil change and decided to give them a try. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by an employee that asked if I wanted a full service oil change and which oil I wanted. He provided my choices of oil and replied that I desired the conventional oil.

Be prepared to pay more than price listed on the website. I came in with an $8 coupon and asked for the $49.99 oil change,as posted on website. Did the oil change gave the attendant a $50.00 expecting to get $8 back only got $5. When I questioned I was told that I didn't ask for l what I asked for, and that they always get charged more than the posted price on website. Went to have my oil changed in May 2016. I'll never go back as long as the current employees work there (Chad, namely). When changing my oil, they over filled it by 1 1/2 quarts! When I went home and saw oil on my driveway, my husband and myself checked the dipstick. It was past the line...couldn't see where it ended. I called and talked with Chad. He would not conceive there was an issue, except questioning my ability to read a dip stick! I took it to a service shop to get a second opinion and to have the situation looked at. We been coming here for over 10 years and have always had fantastic service with good prices. I appreciate the free car wash with the oil / lube service. Regular visits keep my car running, well, like a well-oiled machine.
In the past they used to provide a damp towel to clean the dash board while going through the car wash--I miss that move but still appreciate how hard and efficiently the crew works.

Car wash? For more than 10 dollars we drove away a dirty car. Since it was dark out, I could not see the poor job the machines did. I think if the guys would have prepped a little better, maybe the result would have been better. All the
wheels were dirty, around the mirrors, around the rear license plate, the entire front and lower bumper was not touched. I don't think we will go back.
