Dan made the selling process simple and to the point- exactly what we needed!
Friendly and easy going. We felt comfortable asking a variety of questions. Dan was flexible with our busy schedule and we met virtually and in person which was ideal for our needs. The best part of our experience was that we always communicated with Dan directly, there wasn’t a middle person relaying messages.

Left the place nicer and cleaner than we received it, and they STILL found a reason to keep the majority of our deposit. When we first got in there, that place was DISGUSTING!!! Hair hanging from vents, oil splattered on the walls, old and dirty carpet, among other cosmetic issues. We had never complained about any other issues, because we we treated so nice by our property manager. However, make sure you read EVERY detail of your contract. They have no problem taking your money, no matter how good/loyal of a tenant you were (even amid a pandemic SMH)!

We worked with Tommy on the sell and purchase of a home. The deal was a bit unique and what was so impressive was Tommy’s ability to not only navigate the deals, but manage all of the details that came with it.
When it came time to get our house ready to sell, Tommy came with a game plan and his amazing team to get it done. Sarah who speared headed the prepping of our house was just as amazing!

Our experience with you was AMAZING! From start to finish, you went above and beyond for us. I was super impressed with your decorating skills and turning our awful attempt at staging the house into an amazing and beautiful home that I wish I would've known how to decorate! Once our house was ready to stage and be listed it sold in 5 days. This was simply amazing given the fact that we are 35 miles east of Colorado Springs and there was a fair amount of competition around this area. Even considering the current state of the market here in Colorado being very hot, I realistically expected it to be on the market for at least 2 weeks. We had at least 15 showings in just a few days and multiple offers. Dan has helped us sell 2 houses and buy another and I cannot imagine hiring anyone else.
