Amazing apartment complex to live at. From day one Luke, the Community Director has been super helpful. He made the application process extremely easy. I applied at other places but no other place was as fast or as kind as Luke. He got me and my husband in immediately. Maintenance here is also great. Every time I had a problem Luke had someone fixing the issue the very next day. Anything you need he is always available. He is also quick to respond to emails. The Breakers Complex also has a 24 hour laundry room, storage lockers, bike lockers, and a dog park! I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely adore my new home at the Breakers! From the moment I walked into the office, Casondra was so very helpful, insightful, and provided exceptional customer service! I instantly felt like I was HOME! My apartment is adorable, great storage, perfect for my beach living with easy access to the freeway for my commute over the hill for work. Maintenance has been top of the line, fixing anything in a very reasonable amount of time, and always so very friendly. I highly recommend your next home at the Breakers !
