I’ve only just moved into San Lorenzo Apartments, but it’s already been great! The leasing team was incredibly welcoming, inviting, and accommodating throughout the application process, always quick to reply to emails and phone calls.
Upon move-in the apartment was spotless, maintained, freshly painted, and ready to call home! I was welcomed by a member of the management team when I arrived who was pleasant and kind, and who explained the property and amenities to me.
I love that this place is pet friendly, well maintained, and nicely landscaped. All of the neighbors (and pet neighbors) we

I have lived here about 10 years ago and its a excellent place to live. All surroundings are kept clean. The Garden is beautiful, once a week the gardeners maintain it. As for the Office staff they are always very friendly and when we require a repair they come as soon as possible. In general my family and I are very happy to live in this beautiful place and It is also close to the beach, and our neighbors are very kind too, along with their pets.

My husband and I have lived here close to a year now. First in an upstairs apartment, now in a downstairs apartment due to mobility issues. The property Managers were quick to accommodate us with our move. I'm going to be honest here-the new place hasn't been without issues, but here's the thing-Aaron and the rest of the staff have been so quick to move on these issues as soon as we report them. We have never had any issue with security (and I get up pretty early, so I would be able to see anyone if they came onto the property. Rents are not cheap, but in SC County, that's to be expected. We love

The management for the property (Aaron, Kitty and Joanna with First Pacific) are amazing. This management team truly cares about the tenants, wants the property to always appear clean and be safe. Whenever I’ve called the office the response is quick resulting in a resolution. The gardens are beautiful after a lot of work on the irrigation with more improvements on the way. And with this being a pet friendly property this is a great place to rent.

Seeing some of the one-star reviews here, I wanted to make my voice heard as a newer resident. I moved in here in December 2020, my apartment was completely redone before I moved in. My apartment is cute, clean, and the other residents are all friendly. It is an older building, so anyone moving in should be aware that there are going to be occasional maintenance issues. That said, the maintenance team is very responsive, and makes sure the job gets done right when they are needed. I have had some drains that needed cleaning out, some work on my stove, and it was all handled same-day. I have had

We've just lived here a short time, but so far we have only encountered great service from Aaron with the Property management company, First Pacific Group. Our apartment is amazing and it was so clean when we first moved in. We were even given a gift bag on our first day, which was so kind. My husband needed a shower bar installed so he would feel safer, and they were here the next day to install it.
We have discovered that as people move out, the apartments are completely redone. We have new carpet, new floors, new blinds, and a new stove.
There are two washers and dryers in our small complex

Agree and had the same issues that Kella stated! This place is run by an old man who is allowed to break the rules. Constantly has his cats roaming and smoking cigarettes inside his place. Aaron is a creep who I have caught attempting to get into my apartment by opening when it was locked and sticking his hand in to undo the latch while I was sleeping. An issues that arose he only sided with the old man. Very unfair place to live. Gross and not worth the price

Initially I liked living here but it has gone downhill drastically and I can't recommend it.
Management cares more about the lawn than the tenants. Since living here, we have faced:
-an opossum living under our uneven floor, as the building wasn't sealed properly, which took a long time to address
-a carbon monoxide detector that I was told by maintenance to ignore when it went off, as "it didn't work anyway"
-no working heat all winter, despite maintenance being informed and failing to fix it on multiple different visits (each of which I had to take off work for). When I reminded management

The San Lorenzo apartments are owned and operated by the North Pacific group. They have a beautiful yard and the dumpster is a popular hang out spot for some of our city's finest heroine addicts. Inside of the units you will come to find they are simi clean, with cheep wood floors, and are practically held together with plaster, when it comes to the appliances they are all trash-upon move in 3 of the burners on my stove worked, the fridge leaked, the shower had 25 screw wholes right through the tile, the heater never fully turns off, no AC, the windows didn't lock when I first moved in

San Lorenzo apartments is a great place to live. The staff is quick to respond to any maintenance calls/issues. Neighbors are quiet and having a locked laundry room on site gives piece of mind when doing laundry. Great location- within walking distance to Boardwalk and Downtown. The parking lot and fence could use a little more privacy- come summer or tourist season, there is more foot traffic and non-residents parking in apartment parking lot.
