This place is like trying to rent from a used car dealership.

If I could give negative stars I would. They have a serious health risk -- the spaces are infested with toxic black mold. Stay at your own risk to personal safety. They paint over it, but it's in the walls, the floors.
Updated based on the response below -- this is near laughable. I tried multiple times to engage with the management on this issue and paid for an inspection. Because of the health risk to myself and my kids I broke my lease early to get out. Other tenants are aware of the issue as well. This place is seriously the worst place to ever live. Place is filthy. Manager is beyond rude and everyone here does the bare minimum. The locks here are also rusted and incredibly hard to open and the manager seems to almost be a scam.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT FILL OUT THEIR WAITLIST APPLICATION & PAY THEM BEFORE READING THIS. When you go in their website and select a floor plan, the price that they list is NOT. THE PRICE. it says that it is the “current selection/best value” this is NOT TRUE. I submitted a waitlist application for a floor plan that their website has listed as $2,400/month. For the application we paid $90 (2 applicants) for background checks, this is understandable. However, AFTER YOU PAY the rent changes to be shown as $3,439 at the LEAST! Most of the 1 start comments are because of Elaine. She is very mean, impatient, and rude. She needs to be fired. Go check other comments about her and we are having almost the same issues with those comments! Other than that, I think the apartment is ok to live.

The management team is a joke, especially the manager. That old lady is rude and condescending. Instead of helping tenants with their issues, she is only good at evading. The management team constantly gives out self-conflicting messages. On the first day, they say YES to you, and it quickly becomes a NO the next day. Ridiculous. zhen de sb

The office manager of this complex is over the top rude! She did not even want to listen to what I was trying to ask her and just went off on me like no other. She yelled at me in front of a construction worker and waved me off with her hand like "just go away!" I have never been treated so badly in my life. She needs help and shouldn't be in a position where she deals with customers in any way shape or form. A bad representative of Cypress Point apartments. I told her I was going to report her to her manager and she waved me off again saying " go ahead, tell my manager"!

I rent the apt for 10 months and the office deducted my deposit for over 3000 bucks without any words, only after I asked them the reason, they said the oven and refrigerator were broke. They didn’t response our request to provide evidence. Just before we move out, the oven and refrigerator were working well and we hired a cleaning lady to clean the apartment. If they are really broke, we are willing to pay for it if we could see the bill and evidence!
DO NOT rent Cypress point!! The office never response, deduct as many deposit as they want!!!

Notoriously poor management, frequent unscheduled utility maintenance, very expensive hidden fees (utilities, etc), pool is rarely heated, overly complicated online process to pay rent. Would not recommend unless you want to be dealing with a really expensive broken lease/eviction for the next ten years.

Terrible management. Has gone very downhill. Management deliberately ignoring us until we called from another number. Claimed they never got the paperwork for us to move out and now making us pay the whole month's rent. This place is just trying to get your money, and they are only raising the rent. Was not a pleasant experience, especially being all college students. Watch out college students, find other housing, they will try to take advantage of you.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They keep lying to me about returning my security deposit after I moved out. This place is extremely frustrating. I was harassed daily by a neighbor and the property management didn’t care until right before I moved out. Worst experience I could have imagined.
