My fiancé and I have lived here for about a year with our two dogs. The grounds are beautifully maintained, like living in a park. The complex is walking distance from Capitola Beach, so most mornings we walk to have coffee on the beach. Our apartment is older, but has been well maintained. Upon moving in new appliances were installed and the counters were re-surfaced. Chris (the manager) is extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Mike, the maintenance guy, has also been amazing, coming over on a moments notice for anything we've needed, even for silly things
