This is fifth year since my son started to live in Gather Oxford. This is very beautiful fully furnished apartment complex with modern stylish interior and convenient location. The complex is very well maintained, and the management team has always been very responsive. My son really enjoys living there and never even considered to move from this apartment complex to another one.

Great amenities and very helpful/friendly staff! Ashley has been great and helped with any issues I've had. The gym and clubhouse/public area are especially great. Trash collection can be hit-or-miss but maintenance is usually fast and helpful. Overall an awesome place! I loved living here and it's so close to campus!

Gather is an excellent apartment community. Ashley and her team are always courteous, professional, and friendly. As for the apartments, they are adequately spacious, recently renovated, and pet friendly! If you value little noise and zero disturbances in the middle of the night, Gather is an incredibly quiet and respectful community in the evenings for ease of study and sleep. The biggest perk, however, is Gather’s AMAZING proximity to campus. I can leave from home and be parked on campus in 3 minutes. Gather has my highest recommendation!

These were recently renovated, and the work was obviously rushed at the last minute. The floors are damaged, the paint is sloppy, the furniture is worn, some wouldn't even function, and a lot of things just aren't finished or are broken. A month after moving in, barely anything has been done. Even something explicitly listed in the leasing agreement is not provided. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. UPDATE -- the problems were all addressed during the two weeks after this review.

This is the most unprofessional apartment complex my family and I have ever come across in our lives. I was promised an August 15th move-in day, but "renovations had not been completed and it was pushed back to SEPTEMBER 1ST AFTER SCHOOL HAD STARTED. I signed a lease in March and they had the audacity to "throw it out" in SEPTEMBER due to "overbooking." The property manager, Ashley Jones, rarely answers her phone and is randomly gone throughout the week. Me and my family have lived her for awhile and absolutely love it. It is quiet, fun, and customer service is amazing. We love the pool and the hammocks. Brannon and the rest of the staff are amazing and have always helped us with anything we need. If you are looking for a great apartment with great staff then this is the place to be.

I then had the opportunity of living there. Moving in was a breeze. I mainly worked with Brandon, the assistant property manager @ the Gather and he’s amazing! He’s always available and answers any troubling questions I may have.
What I love about living here is that everything is included and there’s no guessing on what you’ll be paying the next month (hidden fee free)!
