Flatts at South Campus offers a variety of floor plan options including 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments available in furnished or unfurnished options. View our Floor Plans and reserve your spot. When you sign an individual lease, you are only responsible for your rent; in other words, you have no liability for the rent of the other apartment residents.

The Flatts has been the perfect place for me these past two years. From its location, the rest of Oxford is easily-accessible. The layout and design of the apartments are neat and well-thought out; the maintenance team is polite and quickly-responsive, and the available amenities are exceptionally fantastic. I’ve met many other residents here that are sure to be lifelong friends of mine. The staff are all so friendly and down-to-Earth. They constantly go above and beyond to organize events for their community. There is always something to look forward to. I get the same feeling returning to the

I didn't even live here and I can't recommend anyone sign here.
My girlfriend signed a year long lease and I would describe it as hell. The office is a mess where nobody communicates with anyone else. The management is in constant turmoil and is often straight up rude. I hope you don't mind people just randomly walking in your apartment because they most likely will, and when you confront them about it they'll tell you "they're sorry that youre upset"
I also hope you don't have friends to invite over because the gentlemen at bandit towing would be glad to con 300$ cash from them.

As a current student at the University of Mississippi, living at the Flatts has been great. Its property is so close to campus and offers free printing, 24/7 access to both the gym and the study room, and it also is close to many walking trails. Both the staff and community is so friendly and make me feel very welcomed. I will DEFINITELY be renewing my lease because this is such a great place to live.

The Flatts at South Campus is the BEST housing complex in Oxford by far!! The staff are AMAZING and let me explain why. They are so nice to every single person and make you feel so welcomed every time you enter the office! They always greet you with a smile and always look forward to helping you with anything you need. I absolutely love them! They also take the time to get to know you and care about all of their residents! I 10/10 recommend them for anyone who wants the best housing experience possible!!
