Cambridge Station

This community is beautiful! The clubhouse in the back of the property is gorgeous and has so much to offer from fitness to relaxation to making business or studying easy. The interiors of the apartment homes are beautiful with a modern color scheme that I have not seen anywhere else in Oxford. The apartments with the dark cabinetry apparently go very quickly, but I am a fan of the crisp and clean white style kitchens. The location is super convenient too.

We love it here! It's so quiet and peaceful! We have a top unit and we're loving the high ceilings! Also loved the neutral color walls and dark cabinetry! We can hang pics and make it our own and we love that as well! Elizabeth made everything sooo easy with the leasing process! If you're looking for somewhere to stay and want someone dependable every step of the way, she's your girlll. You can't go wrong coming to Cambridge! Tell them I sent you!

I have only been living at Cambridge Station for a short time. It is definitely the first place I have felt at home during the last few years while living in Oxford. The office staff and new maintenance man are so sweet and always willing to help any way they can. Ammenities and the property are very clean and well kept. My 20 year old son has been living at Cambridge Station for 6 months and so far we are completely happy. One of my favorite things is the location. It's between Old Taylor Road and Lamar and close to the university, square, and hospital. It's a good mix of families, college kids, professionals, and singles. Lovely spacious renovated apartments on well landscaped grounds. It has some of the biggest walk-in closets I've seen in Oxford apartments! The clubhouse is gorgeous, and we love all the amenities. Decent "quieter" apartment complex right off the highway for quick commutes around town. They offer decent prices for what you get. Only thing I don't really like is that they don't do separate leases for the units and as such you get stuck on the hook for if your roommate forgets to do the rent payments. They also have the only deep pool in oxford.

These apartments are exactly what I was looking for when I moved to Oxford a few months ago. I love the floor plan and complex layout. It is a perfect distance to downtown Oxford and even with it being a heavy college town there are not many young college students living here. The management is fantastic and friendly. They go over and beyond what they need to do to make you feel like you are part of a community. I would highly recommend these apartments if you are moving here.

The apartments at Cambridge Station are one of the older ones in Oxford, MS but are genuinely one of the finest apartments complexes to live in the area. The staff is incredibly helpful from maintenance all the way to the Manager. I have enjoyed my relationship with the staff who seems to care about each and every person that walks in the office. If there is ever an issue with my apartment, it is addressed immediately no matter how large or small. The manager, Cheryl will always make an effort to make sure there is never anyone left behind when it comes to customer satisfaction. I am so grateful

Beautiful apartments! Although I have not personally lived here, I frequently visit friends who do. I am simply in love with their modern style and the layout of their apartments. Highly recommend looking into this complex if your are looking for a new apartment!
