Lexington Pointe Apartment Homes

I lived in Lexington Pointe for over a year, and I must say that apartments on the first and second floors are not the best place to live. I had a hard time and started having health issues due to a lack of proper sleep at night. The flooring between apartments is very old, and if anyone upstairs walks during the night, the sound of footsteps wooden floor creaking will make you crazy. This happens even if neighbors upstairs walk gently! After getting sick of this problem, I just moved out to a different place.

Great property! The office staff is great and very responsive to any needs I have had. I did have issues with my dryer and maintenance was on top of it and resolved the issue. This property is a hidden gem and I would not want to live anywhere else in Oxford!

Worst experience ever! Already warned at least 7 friends- but felt the need to post. We needed a quick apt for an unforeseen layover during the house buying process. I am currently 7 months pregnant and the last 4 months have been beyond stressful. There was a constant presence of drug use in each adjacent apt. The smell was overwhelming at all times. I brought this to the attention of management several times - even though it was extremely obvious. NOTHING was ever done. Lexington Pointe has been a quiet apartment to stay in. The office and maintenance team is absolutely fabulous, helpful, and quick. Whether it be an email or an in person request, any issues I've had has been resolved the next day, if not the same day. I would definitely recommend this complex!

I lived at Lexington Pointe for 2 years after moving from out of state for the first time ever. I enjoyed my two years there and highly recommend Lexington Pointe for your housing needs! Front office staff was always professional & the maintenance staff was superb. The 2 times I needed their help in my unit they were quick to respond and get my issues fixed. As someone who worked in facility operations I was very appreciative of their work. Complex was pretty quiet year-round and they would host monthly events for residents and their families. Love Lexington Pointe! The events hosted for residents are so fun and the neighbors so friendly. The office team and maintenance are always willing to go above and beyond. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Love it!

The leasing office and maintenance team are awesome! Very polite and professional. The place is quite and very convenient. The only thing I can think of is the stability of the internet. Got disconnected several times when I was playing online game.

Loved my stay here. Everyone at the main office are super helpful and always available. They cleared the club house once because I had a job interview. The management organises lots of cool events by the pool. Apartments are really spacious and affordable.
