If you plan to come to the beach for three or four nights, then check out our mini-week condo rental program. You can check in on Thursday, Friday, Sunday or Monday, and stay with us for the weekend. If you want to avoid the weekend crowd, our mini-week rental program accommodates for midweek rentals.

I have tried to leave this "average" review on Shoreline's website three times. Since they won't approve it, I'll drop it here. We rented 105F 70th St., (BroadMarsh). Read entire review. The unit was great. Clean, sunny, great location, great parking , slept 7. Perfect. HOWEVER, the unit directly about us sleeps 16! We started our week with a bachelor party and end with a bachelorette party. IT WAS SO NOISY - you could hear every step taken and every conversation. It's a shame, our unit was great, but if you plan to sleep at night..... I notified Shoreline and got nothing. No offer to contact the

Hopefully, this review will get to the owner. Your company called me asking for a check or money order to be mailed to them for payment? That they charge for credit card payments? The guy who sells me homemade pickles out of a stand at the farmer's market takes credit card payments. This is massively unprofessional and makes me regret booking with you. I feel like I'm not even dealing with a real company. I would not recommend this company.

We had booked our vacation July 19th through July 23rd at the Capri 2016 for our wedding anniversary. Unit was 85 degrees and thermostat was locked and no help from Shoreline. Demanded our money back which we are still waiting on 1/2 to be credited back. Offered us fans to use! Are you kidding me? 20th floor and hot as hell. Would not recommend this company to anyone! What a joke! Shoreline contacted owner of unit and said we should feel sorry for the elderly woman but she was heading to Switzerland for her own vacation. She doesn't feel bad about collecting our money!

Checking in to our house now. Noticing no washer dryer, or working stove as listed. With zero notice. We travelled from four hours away and some of us from across the country. We are very disappointed because we rent this place every year because of its accommodations.

I have never worked with such a nasty group of people. I called them a couple of times with questions and could not have acted more annoyed that I wanted some information. Customer service is atrocious. I would pay more not to have to deal with them. Our rent was paid well ahead of time. I am a good customer. I talked with them about having the other couple pick up the keys because they were getting there ahead of us. When they went to get the keys, the agent knew nothing about it. Finally, they found the notation regarding that. Nothing is easy with these people. They told me that we had to bring

So I had a bad experience renting from a place smelling musty and old. They came right out to look and gave options and said they would even switch us if they had something available. They also sent the cleaners back within an hour to clean the unit again. Excellent customer service.

Upon arrival we were checked in fast with no issues at all. We stayed at Golden Sands, unit 608. It was nice and quiet. Clean and really all that we needed while on vacation. Gorgeous view of the beach from our balcony. Lots of amenities. Indoor/outdoor pool. Tennis courts, tiki bar outside. Nice paths to walk to the beach. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The only thing we have to say is the wifi wasnt good at all. It never let us connect. The balcony door was hard to open but nothing to ruin the stay. We would definitely return.

I will never use Shoreline Properties again. Our rental agreement for 104 Captiva Bay was supposed to include comforters and blankets. We brought our own sheets and pillows not there was only 1 comforter in the entire place. We called Shoreline properties 3 times the day we moved in and were told they were looking into it and trying to get us some blankets but did not receive anything. This is extremely poor. Also there is not enough parking on Saturday and Sunday when trying to pick up the items needed for the property. I am so done with this place.

Renter beware. Do not rent properties from this group. Properties are very poorly maintained and have mutliple issues. We stayed in The Pyramid for 900 dollars for 3 nights and our room was dirty, the comforters had various stains on them, and our drains would not stay open when showering or using the sink. Nothing is included with the rooms including toilet paper. You also have to pick up the room, make the beds, do the dishes, take out the trash, etc before leaving or they keep your deposit. Staff is incompetent and do not care about your well being. I would give 0 out of 5 if possible to this
