My name is Jordan Cromeens and I am a fitness professional based out of the North Shore of Long Island, NY. I work with people of all ages, and different backgrounds from Golfers and Tennis players looking to better their game, to people who are looking to better their health and appearance through a safe, sound, and personalized fitness program.

I hired Jordan for personal training at the suggestion of my Nutritionist. I am almost 50 and have gained about 30 pounds due to hormonal issues. I was very reluctant to hire a trainer, especially a male because I am out of shape and didn't want to be put through a brutal boot camp routine that filled me with dread and nausea, and I didn't want to feel judged for being out of shape. I actually started training with Jordan Cromeens virtually as one of my good friends in NY who works with him in person had nothing but good things to say. I live a very active lifestyle riding my bike 30 miles weekly, going to the gym, and floating in a pool on the weekends. I also have 2 sons who are passionate high school athletes, and I want to be able to keep up with them. Jordan’s strength and mobility based workouts have my body feeling really good! My endurance has increased and I have less stiffness in my back after long rides.

I’m an avid runner, triathlete and marathoner having run in the NYC, Long Island and Philadelphia Marathons. I average 30 miles a week running and 60 miles biking. With all of this my body can sometimes feel pretty beat up. If you’re a runner you know what I’m talking about (painful feet, knees, hips and lower back).

After years of working out, getting frustrated, and giving up...rinse and repeat, I have finally found a way to stick with my fitness goals! I started training with Jordan Cromeens, and am seeing great results! My clothes fit better, I sleep better, and, best of all, I feel so much better mentally! Jordan is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain not only proper form, but the benefits of each exercise. I really needed to shed a few pounds I put on during quarantine and needed a pick me up for my mild COVID times depression. I was referred to Jordan Cromeens by a work associate who said she thought some personal training sessions with this trainer would be exactly what I needed. She was right - Jordan is an upbeat guy, not a lug head like the last trainer I had at my gym. He did a consult on the phone 1st to align a plan with my goals and we set-up training at my home 3 days a week. I had a baby in January and really wanted to get the baby weight off. One of my girlfriends from Old Westbury told me she trained with Jordan. We spoke and he seemed to "get me". Jordan taught me about the importance of tracking my macros in combination with our training sessions. He showed me how to use MyFitnessPal and asked me to commit to sticking with it. We are training 2-3 times a week in my home and I am very happy with my progress. I am more motivated than ever as I can see myself getting closer to my goal weight... I've always been on the search for a personal trainer that hears and understands my own personal goals. Since our first session, Jordan has worked with me to create a plan for my workouts so that I feel most confident walking out. For me, that was focusing on my inner athlete and rebuilding tone in my muscles. He gives me nutrition advice as well that helps me to understand what types of food I should eat to fuel my body and to create maximum output in my workouts. Each session I leave already feeling sore and proud of a new accomplishment. Jordan is very motivational and very easy to talk

Jordan is the first trainer I have worked with, and at first I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone has a preconceived notion that a trainer is going to be some meathead that will judge you based on what you can or can't do in the gym. But Jordan is nothing like that, he makes training fun while still giving you an invigorating work out. He is always working to find new programs, and always researching different techniques. I feel that he truly gives his clients the individualized attention you would come to expect from a paid service and then some. He has really changed my view on trainers

I'm in my 50's and was overweight because of my love of food and hate for exercise. I've done Jenny Craig Weight Watchers, used a Fit Bit and My Fitness Pal. All had some success, but ultimately I put the weight back on. I met Jordan through a friends that lost 25 pounds training with him. He designed a plan for me that has been fun, kept me accountable and motivated. The workouts feel good, which is a surprise - I have never liked working out before. I am always surprised to see that at the end of my sessions my heart rate monitor shows I burned between 450 - 500 calories. I

Thank you so much Jordan! I have been so sick and tired of lazy trainers that put me on the treadmill for 20 minutes during my workout session - then have me do some boring exercises while they talk to me about all of their problems. You are very professional and you always change up the workouts so that I actually CAN SEE results! It's only been a few weeks but my husband and I TOTALLY notice a difference in the tone and shaping of my body!! I have never been able to sculpt and LIFT my "behind" with any success.
