I've tried swanky, expensive gyms. I've tried working out on my own. I've tried Soul Cycle and Barry's. With all these experiences behind me, there's always one common theme - I can't motivate myself. I need someone to hold me accountable. Therefore, I tried 3Sixty out to help with my overall fitness goals through personal training. Joe is incredible - working with me through pre-existing injuries (a busted ankle), helping me define realistic goals, and actually (and most importantly) helping me achieve them. The one-on-one environment allows Joe to pay attention to
