For those of you who don't already know us, our names are Jerry and Diane Oglesby. Along with our son, Mark, we have operated Jerry's Marine in Walworth, Wisconsin for the past 34 years. Our goal is to provide quality sales, service, storage, and rentals for the Geneva Lakes area. Since our inception in 1984, we have been committed to setting the bar for complete customer satisfaction.
I had a "custom" install of a fish finder on my 22 Ft Regal Bow Rider. Carlo and AJ did an outstanding job on what was a very difficult install. First, they "accepted" the job when others wouldn't even agree to do it. I appreciated that they constantly communicated with me as they worked on it, to ensure the best possible outcome.
Although our boating season is short, Jerry's Majestic Marine remains committed to taking care of our customers all year long. The heartbeat of our company is the service department. Our Boatel storage buildings are state of the art, accommodating boats up to 46' in length. With the assistance of our Wiggins Marina Bull forklift, we are able to lift boats up to 29' on the second level and up to 25' on the third level. This allows us to store more boats in each building, which provides savings to each storage customer.

Jerry's Majestic Marine did a great job of delivering a 21 year old boat to a very picky customer who drove all the way from Florida to buy it. Erick very accurately represented the condition over the phone and the boat is in excellent condition both inside and out. It definitely does not show it's age and is truly a gem. Although the price paid is merely 10% of a new boat they still treated me as if I'd spent much more on new boat. I would definitely make the 1300 mile trip to do business with them again.

We came to Lake Geneva for my sisters bachelorette party and decided to use Jerry’s majestic marine for our boat rental because they were the only company I found that would refund if weather was bad. As someone that traveled 6 hours to Lake Geneva, this was very important. Sarah was so prompt in responses to all my emails and made booking such a breeze. John, our captain, made sure that all the girls had a great time! He was our bartender, photographer, and joke teller all rolled into one!

So, renting a boat for 12 people is expensive. Period. If you're ok with that fact, Jerry's is a great place to rent from. The boat itself was nice and clean but the standout was the staff. They were all super friendly and thorough with the instructions. We're already planning on going back to the same place next summer.

Just have to say what a great company from top to bottom they store our boat for the winter this last Sunday we hit a rock and needed a new prop they pick up the boat on Monday morning called me and gave me options and had the boat back in the water for the weekend. Will definitely tell everyone around the condo complex what a great company this is and we will buy our next boat from them.

I had to make a review of my experience, The service team at Jerry's is by far the best I've seen! They are on top of this ever changing world with technology. Boats are only getting "smarter" everyday and Jerry's has the know how and the tools to install and troubleshoot. I got the chance to spend a Day with AJ on a 600hp boat with an amazing JL audio stereo system and a complete touchscreen dash called the Beacon this technology is top of the line which is only to be expected of the Premier Pontoon line. Long story short, I found my marina they will be storing and serving my boats form here on

The boat was in a good condition and staff was nice. I thought the staff was very nice and patient. My family and I had a blast! Just make sure you look over every inch of the boat before you take it out. It's like renting a car right, any dents or damage report it to them before you leave. When we came back they where trying to say they saw a little dent, cosmetic damage not even that serious. But after they examined both boats they said we are good. So just look over the boat very good. Make sure you get the tubing it was super fun. The kids and adults had a lot of fun! And of course

I will agree with other reviewers that the service is terrible, the policies inconsistent and the young adults who work here are rude, disrespectful to adults and deserve a few good lessons on integrity and basic manners. You are much better off going to Gordy's where the staff is kind, accommodating and understands a can-do attitude!

The service was terrible. The people working at the desk were extremely unfriendly and one of the women seemed like she didn't want to deal with us. The Jetskis we rented were fun but they charged us an extra 30 dollars for accidentally staying out 10 minutes passed our hour we rented them for! Never coming here again, this is the worst of boat rental place in Lake Geneva.

We had a great 2 hours on their pontoon boat (which was pretty clean and in a very good condition). Our happiness ended when it comes to pay and pick up our driver license back from the front desk. We've never had such a bad experience before with an extremly rude owner: the short, old lady who has never mentioned her name.
Bacause we were 15 minutes late at the marina we were ready to pay extra for this extra time. However after a quick, unclear and rude explanation from her we were charged not for 15 but 30 minutes. Needless to say we paid almost $130 which is their regular rate per hour

Both of my sons went on a parasail ride at Jerry's. While high in the air, the rope broke and they were sent into the lake pretty hard. The guy on the boat seemed annoyed that they had to go pick them up. Back at Jerry's, I was pretty upset that they could have had a serious accident. What did Jerry do? NOTHING. I wanted an apology and asked for nothing more. Rudest people on the lake and will NEVER do business with these people again.

Had a great time on the Pontoon boat that we rented. My hubby rented it over the phone and they asked for a check for the full balance a week before we picked up the boat. He paid about 400$ for 4 hours. The girl at the check in was very polite, so were the guys who instructed us on where the life jackets were.
The boat drove well, it was clean. Lake Geneva is a great small lake to hang out with friends or family. We were able to park the boat a couple of times and jump in the water. We were very happy with the JMM pontoon boat and will def use them in the future.

I wanted to take just a moment and thank you for getting the repairs done on our boat so quickly. With such a short season it was great not to be out of commission for too long.
I greatly appreciated the trouble shooting that you did on the other repairs that may be needed. I like that you took a very proactive approach to looking the boat over and in being sure that any repercussions of the grounding were found and repaired. Proactive may not always be fun because it requires sometimes delivering some bad news to the owner, but as an owner I want you to know how much more I like the proactive

We wanted to rent a jet ski in Fontana to go on Lake Geneva. The Majestic rental girl was beyond rude. She wouldn't even look you in the eye when she talked with you. It was no surprise that every step of the way she wanted to give us a hard time about renting. Apparently, we didn't have the right credit cards. BEWARE, they do not take American Express. We even had a VISA debit card, but that wasn't good enough. Then, my friend loaned me her VISA, however, even though she was right there, it wasn't good enough because she didn't have her drivers license with her
