I needed my Reflash and Power Control Module programmed. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, communicative, and accommodating. They went above and beyond on the customer service, even providing transportation all the way to and from my home while my car was in their possession. Most of all, I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me with the pricing.

We were in a real pickle being from out of town. The local Honda dealerships wouldn't even look at our vehicle. Another one wouldn't even answer the hone. Michael Martinez and his gang there, not only looked at our vehicle but while they were conducting the repair, they loaned us a vehicle and allowed us to move around without any stress. My car was driving erratically, not due to my driving abilities I'll note. I called the folks at Tech One and they said they could perform a checkout for no charge. Come to find out they discovered that my ECU was the culprit. After a fews days of waiting, due to the part had to be ordered, I came it and the car was ready and running like a top. They straight up told me that I didn't need to service my transmission and told me service wasn't due for a long time. Maybe that's why they are so busy: they don't upsell or sell unneeded service. Very pleasant folks and a clean looking shop. The lot was overflowing with customers.

I've been going to Tech One for ten years with a variety of different vehicles. I have never had anything close to a negative experience. Staff is always incredibly friendly, service is top notch, prices are always competitive. I recommend this shop to everyone I know and I will continue to take my vehicles here. Finally found an honest and knowledgeable auto repair shop! I took one of my cars in and they did such a great job that I brought in my other car for repairs. They even provided me with a loaner car while they repaired my cars. Danny the owner is very responsive and makes sure everything was taken care of. I will never go anywhere else. They do it all! I I have taken all of my cars over the past 13 years to Tech One. I am extremely skeptical of car mechanics but they proved me wrong. The price is always fair and never changes when you get to the shop. The person helping me has always been extremely nice and courteous from explaining the repair to taking my phone call. Nothing but good to share about Tech One. My expedition is 8 years old and was in need of a thorough inspection and recommendation for fluids and mechanical work that would bring it up to spec for 140,000 mi.. After looking at reviews, and liking what I saw about this place and it being family owned, I called for an appointment. I like the way I was handled on the phone and took it in the next day. I have used Tech One for previous issues including getting new tires, replacing an O2 sensor and multiple oil changes, all of which I didn't shop around for pricing on (I now know better). But today, they disappointed me more than I could have imagined.
Last week I took my car in because it wasn't starting very well. I was thinking it just needed a new battery, but I am not very interested in/knowledgable about cars and wanted to see if they could help me figure it out for sure. When I went in, they told me it was the whole fuel pump system and charged me $1000 for replacing it.

This is a professional establishment that cares and takes care of their customers. First of all it was recommended by my daughter who's co-workers come here and are very happy with the place.
I needed to get a spare tire installed on my SUV. When I dropped off the vehicle they gave me a ride home in a very nice clean car and the man felt very safe he was driving. When the car was done they came and picked me up!! I know this is an unusual situation but when I got there they told me they installed the spare tire at no charge.
I was aghast. I could not believe it. They were so kind so friendly

I took my car here due to some starting issues I had since late last year. I had taken it to another place that checked out the car including testing the battery, alternator and starter. They told me everything was fine and charged me $30. Ultimately, the car's starting issues returned.
When I had a chance, I took my car to these guys. They double-checked everything and found out a dead cell in the battery could cause it to test as being okay but prevent it from being charged. They replaced the battery with and had me driving my car without issues in a matter of a few hours.

First time I cam in for an oil change years ago, they noticed that my annual inspection was due and offered to do it. Since then I have been coming here for any work on our Honda Accord. Friendly staff,great service, and reasonable price! Easy to make an appointment online or via a phone call. They provide a shuttle service or you can wait while your vehicle is been worked on. The waiting room is very clean, wi-fi is free, and there is always coffee and water bottles available. Highly recommended!

I've been bringing my car here for its yearly inspection/maintenance for a while and they've always been great, but this last visit was outstanding! I have some family at risk for Covid-19 complications so every outing is super stressful. Tech One goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. They wear masks, gloves, put paper on the floor of the car and plastic on the seat before working on it, and disinfect the vehicle before returning it. Truly amazing service. We bring my husband's car in for oils changes and service checks. I was taking my car to the dealer but just switched over. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and helpful. It's not always the least expensive quote, but I never feel as though they're trying to take advantage of us and the work is always quality. As an added bonus, the shuttle ride to work was delightful, and when I pinged the phone I left inside they quickly brought back to me!

I bought my car in to replace both of my headlights. I had gone to another place first but they didn't have time to replace them so I came to Tech One and I am glad I did! They quickly gave me an estimate for the cost and time it would take to replace the headlights and it was very fairly priced and quickly completed. They also checked the notice lights on my dash and explained what those were, how much each thing would cost to complete and which things were most urgent, but there was no pressure to do these things then and there.

I cannot believe the qualitative way that Tech One treats its customers! Another garage tried to sell me thousands of dollars worth of repairs that missed the very problem I took it in for. Tech One found the problem, and fixed it quickly and for free! This is the most positive experience I have ever had with an auto repair facility in my life!
