I just wanted to update my review. Things haven't necessarily changed since my review aside from my parking spot I finally got and my work schedule, but the office staff are really hardworking ladies that do their best with what they're given. It's obvious that budget issues and policies are above their job and they are just the sweetest people. There are plans to switch to card operated machines and there is construction on one of the laundry rooms for hopefully a better laundry room. My main point is the staff deserves a good review while overall the whole place could use some

Please read the reviews on this place. I never encountered unprofessional, disturbing, horrifying, and contaminated place to live. The management staff are extremely rude, incompetent, and no good. This place definitely lacks security for example: stolen vehicles & violence. It is also infested with roaches and rats. If you need peace please avoid this place.

If I can only not put a star since it doesn't need one. A WARNING for those who are about to live here and currently living (might be aware already). It was a pleasant, smooth application process we had and thought that we will be in good hands. Unfortunately, that was only a "thought". Months after, we met a very friendly and helpful neighbor. Unfortunately, he has been using illegal substance the whole time and they gather at the parking lot (not sure if his company were using too). ZERO START...STAY AWAY...Worst apartment community ever. Don't go there. Parking is horrible after 5 pm. Few people park 2-3 cars in parking area. Parking area is 2nd mechanic shop for few guys. Kids are destroying properties. Management is not care about anything. People drink alcohol and weed in open area. Management just sit in the office and never care to visit property or improve anything. Not worth to stay.

If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE OF MOVING IN HERE!! Unless you're a white racist of course. As for everyone else, don't be fooled by the fact that they have people of color on their staff. Lived here for several years and not once did the staff care enough to support their paying, compliant, POC residents. If a white person was making a ridiculous, racial backed complaint against another tenant then they would always make it a point to side with the white tenant. Even if that white tenant is a complete nuisance that continually violates their rental agreement and state laws

-Destruction of properties kids destroys the bbq grills, landscaping,
properties like pool chairs and trees.
-Noise after night hours - 10 pm
-One bedroom eight people lives in
-Alcohol consumption and weed smoking per area
-Mgmt. don't care unless you tell them. They should be consistent and
follow up on maintaining the apt.
-last but not least human waste right next to the dumpster

This place is HORRIFIC. They are thieves. We need to end our lease and they told us the process in what needs to be done, which made zero sense. Basically saying someone needs to be put on the lease with us and then we have to re-apply for the apartment with the new person on the lease...WHY WOULD I NEED TO REAPPLY FOR AN APARTMENT IM ALREADY LIVING IN. After talking to the useless people in the office, we contacted the property manager and they told us that that process was wrong...We contacted the apartment complex and told them we spoke with Eva from management and the office replied "no

We were going to move here, nice place, a bit expensive especially since there is not even a dishwasher and the apartments are rather on the small side (we liked it for its nice maintenance and were willing to overpay a bit). What made us upset is the following: we came there twice to look at the place, emailed with them, talked on the phone, looked at their website etc. We paid the deposit and the 100 dollar holding fee (that you get back if you change your mind within 72 hours but they take longer than that to do the paperwork to approve you). Everything was set and we were planning to move in

This is the absolutely the worst place to move into! Apartments are spacious and cheap but you get what you pay for. I was going to check out this place but I have asked friends who's living in Castilian & Cordova Apartment Homes, I am glad I didn't bother with this place. If you are going to sign lease at this place! First of all, parking is terrible, they have very strict parking rules but it's never enforced when someone else park in reserved/resident parking spots. Visitors come by this place and they have very limited parking spots for visitors so they park in residence

I live in these apartments. The on site management team is terrible, aside from the property manager everyone else in their office has no idea what's going on and how to effectively communicate with eachother and residents. Upon visiting the property we asked several questions regarding the parking, noise and so on. All of which we were told was fine without any issues. However after signing the lease we soon found out that we were completely misled by the assistant manager who walked us through the leasing process. When we confronted her she denied ever telling us anything on the contrary
