We all need a little help sometimes, especially when it comes to insight and growth. A coach encourages and counsels on a range of professional and personal issues. This can be challenges, overcoming obstacles, strengths and weaknesses, confidence, or starting a new chapter in your life! Often times we have blindspots to ourselves and that's where a life coach comes in.
Before I found my calling as a consultant & coach I worked in corporate for over 10 years. I enjoyed my career and gained valuable knowledge and experience. I left the corporate world to raise my two beautiful children. I realized that being a mom was rewarding but I had more to give. I went back to school and became a certified life coach.
We will get to work! In coaching the client does the work. Anything of value and worth takes effort and committment. You will get out of coaching what you put in. It's great to see a client do the work, reach their goals and get the results they wanted. Erin Sur's coaching has been invaluable to me.
The Enneagram is a straightforward tool that gives a framework for understanding who we are and how we operate in the world. It also helps us to understand others and how they operate in the world. Why I love The Enneagram - Ever since I was introduced to the Enneagram it has been a game changer for me.
This 60-minute session will include a typing assessment and interview to help you in your journey to discover or affirm your Enneagram Type. In this package we use specific Guide sheets that will dive into your Type and work on what you struggle with the most.
The Guide sheets give you practical tools for your Type and includes your blind spots, stress and growth points, wings, triad, level of development, childhood patterns, defense mechanisms and communication patterns.In "Discover Together" we will do Enneagram Typing Interviews for each person. This will enable you to discover your number and how each of you interacts in your relationship.

Working with Erin as my Enneagram Coach has been such a blessing in my life. Our coaching conversations were so insightful, and opened my eyes to areas in my life where I had blind spots. I have has two life coach sessions with Erin. And I intend on having a lot more sessions with her. She is awesome. :-)
I am currently closing down a business to jump into something bigger. Erin has helped me a lot with my own self esteem, and confidence. She is also helping me in keeping myself accountable, which helps push me to pursue my dreams.

When you sit with Erin you have a feeling of instant comfort and ease. As she kindly speaks and gets to know you, she walks a path with you. There were moments during our work together where I felt human and that she had been through some similar paces. Erin works with you for resolution and personal growth.
