All around great experience! Highly recommend, Cody was very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed initial report of findings followed by a quick turnaround with receiving the mold report. There was then further follow up to explain the results along with recommendations for next steps. If you need a mold inspection, absolutely contact Green Door Home Inspections

Cody was fantastic. He was very clear with what he was doing with our 11 month new home inspection and was able to identify a couple of items to claim prior to our new home warranty expiring that will probably save us a ton of money. The report that was provided included numerous pictures that help support our case. I could not have asked for a more professional inspection and will definitely reach out to him the next time I need an inspection!

Cody was absolutely wonderful to work with! His quality of work is unmatched! He was extremely proficient, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain any concerns in a matter for me to understand. The turn around time to receive the report was impressive with virtually no wait at all! The report was so thorough he included photos and pictures which made my claim to the builder so easy and definitely appreciated. Cody even followed up after the inspection to see if I had any further questions. He went above and beyond to explain radon results to me and even went above to ensure accuracy

Cody was great! Wonderful communication, super helpful with walking us through the house and explaining which things are a big deal and which ones aren’t. As first time home buyers, he was great with showing us how to work things we never had to deal with as apartment-dwellers....water heater, furnace, circuit breakers, etc. He was very professional. I absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection - he was awesome!
