Bought new mower went fast, had JD financing in 10 min. Did a complete inspection, checked all adjustments for us and we were mowing by the afternoon. Sometimes still worth going to a mom & pop establishment.
Sept. 2019 update. Just found JD only wants there BIG dealers to sell there products DUMB DUMB DUMB, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE LOSING, don't worry we'll still keep coming back, to walk in and talk directly to the owners is becoming a thing of the past

I went in on Jan 2, 2016 for shear pins for my snowblower and the lady at the desk was very helpful. I had a couple questions about the steering on my tractor also and she looked up and printed out the parts diagram so I could identify the possible problem. Definitely will recommend to others. Plus they have several restored John Deere tractors on display which is pretty cool. Personally I think the fact that I looked this up to write a review speaks volumes.
