Terrible facility. Terrible staff OVERALL. EVEN THE HR DIRECTOR Michelle Meldrum (HR) doesn’t even care about staff or what’s going on in the building. She is very dismissive, and goes back to tell staff issues. DO NOT WORK HERE. I don’t care how bad my kid is, I’ll never send them there. On top of the huge COVID outbreak.

I flew from Colorado to Detroit from Nebraska to Detroit Behavioral Institute Being told that I was going to the open side of the program and the whole facilitators kept me on the institutional/locked down facility side of the program. No one back in Nebraska knew where I was or what was going on knowing this is worst than where I just was which was not what was supposed to be going on or happening. They treated me very wrong, I was disrespected, as well lied to from the beginning. I later was finally able to get ahold of family & workers. I got on a plane flew back to Colorado to go to Wyoming

Please do not let your child go to this place. PLEASE take this as a serious post. What a feasco!!!!!
My grandchild was sent home in the cloths that were issued to him. Oct. 2017 until Feb. 2018 we are still waiting for his cloths, glasses and personal belongings to be sent....
but guess what? They can't find them. Frigging theifs..other issues but won't go into that at this time....later date.
