DON’T GO HERE. They treat their patients horribly and based on the type of insurance they carry. As someone who visited health care facilities for a living, I can confidently tell you this is by far the worst office I have ever dealt with. Not only due to their conduct but also fraud.
They fraudulently billed me for services (Appointment/Injection) that they did not perform. I have contacted my insurance company and the department of health and human services - they are currently under investigation for fraud. Stay far away from this office. I don’t know why I came here to begin with.

I came on here praying and hoping that after 4 years of my last visit that the reviews would be better, meaning that possibly the people and services have gotten better. But sad very sad to see that these people are still the same and their services are still poor. The mean non compassionate spirits that are operating in this facility has to be removed so that people can get the proper service and care they need with kindness. I pray the Lord either cause it to shut down or remove those who have corrupted this place and put others in their positions that really have a passion for helping those

I have been seeing this medical group for a year and a half since the summer of the Covid lockdowns… I have consistently had to fight to have my medication refilled, I have left messages for doctors and the nurses… I have not gotten callbacks on prescriptions that I were told were necessary for my health and well-being… The amount of fighting you have to do to get care here is disproportionate. A few of my friends gave good recommendation on Dr. Eggleston i was looking for a dentist for me and my sister and they told me about this facility so far we're please and its a clean,the staff is pleasant.

I have been trying to find a decent dentist now for forever.. I finally found one much better than just decent... Dr. Eggleston in Lincoln Park is amazing. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and… compassionate, especially towards those who have a phobia of the dentist (me!!) She was thorough and answered all my questions. Even though she had other patients, she made me feel like I was the only patient in the office. I'm so grateful I found her!

Rip-off rip-off rip-off!!!!!! I called and made a appointment with Dr Dana at the Taylor office to get a tooth pulled. They charged me $70 for a x-ray, just to tell me that I was right and my tooth had to be removed. But they could not do it because they did not have the time even though that was the whole point I was their!!!! I was then told, I had to make a appointment that could be 2 months out. So they charged me $70 just to tell me I was right and i had to make a another appointment and pay more $$$$ just so the doctor can fatten their wallets. My daughter's couldn't get their covid shot with pcp so they called western wayne and got their shots without any problems or delays.

The dentist and dental assistants are pretty great getting an appointment is very difficult to the covid-19 it's very limited on how many people can get into the scene. I went in there last week and there was at least 15 people in this little tiny room talk about no social distancing so I told them I cannot be in this room so they put me in the family room where there was nobody in there. Ridiculous

I’ve been calling for the past 20 min to schedule a appointment for my IUD placement. Online it’s say they are open @ 8am. On the phone it says they are open @ 8am yet no one is available to take my call. Not to mention they’ve already messed my first appointment up and the lady at the inkster office front desk was rude because it’s so loud in there I couldn’t hear my name being called... Just ridiculous they can’t even open when they say they are open and now it’s be 30 min after said time of operations and no answer.

This place has disappointed me numerus times. They message you a million times a day to remind you of upcoming screening. But when you do get your tests done even if they're is something wrong they never call to tell you. So what is the point. The doctor doesn't Care about your well-being only how much money they can get from your insurance company

Absolutely ridiculous that it took me an hour and a half on the phone to book a telehealth appointment. The appointment was over a week away. Then I get a call after the appointment time telling me I have to come into the office I can't have a telehealth appointment and a new appointment will be even further away. No appointment happened. I was… very clear I had not seen the practioner when I scheduled and I was very clear to 3 different staff that all I need is a referral to a specialist, including the very friendly nurse that called me this morning to remind me of the appointment. I continued to go to WW even after moving out of the area because I wanted a black doctor.
However, I just tried to call to schedule a physical and was told (after being on hold for over 15 minutes) that I can only be scheduled before 2PM. As She only does physicals before 2. But if I’m coming in for any other reason she will see me in the evening.....
This makes absolutely no sense and I have decided to receive my medical care elsewhere from now on.

My husband goes there and the doctors do not care. He has a condition he needs to see a specialist for but they keep losing the paper for the referral than saying I never gave it to them! I had delivered it. They don't listen to patients, are rude, and just do not care. They can improve by not losing things, not being rude, and respecting patients

I've been through few visits to their dental clinic in Lincoln park and i had the pleasure to be seen and treated by Dr. Karen Eggleston, she was truly very caring, very knowledgeable of the treatment my teeth needed, good advice, professional work, kind person, she would listen to patients concern then she gives her opinion based on her expertise,… she would show you the latest research online to make sure her patients understand the latest and best treatment they need, she did a great job now I have that perfect smile that I have always wanted , she is very highly recommended.
