Aerius is specialized in care! Our professional staff are always happy and eager to assist you with any questions and concerns that may arise during your stay with us. Our staff acts as a team. We strive to reach out to each other to fulfill any needs or request you may have. Your independence is important to us and we will do everything we can to help you reach that goal.
Our Team will discuss any equipment you may need in the home as well as services such as: Physical, Occupational Therapy and Nursing. This will ensure a smooth transition. Our Therapy Department will make sure you are ready to go home by offering an in-home evaluation. They will assess your home and make suggestions to make the environment safe for your return.
They are family. I worked with everyone here for many years and retired May of 2020. The caring I saw while my years for the residents was always the best. I can say this because my mother was also a patient and she adored everyone, they became her family also. Amazing staff, I love working at Aerius.

My husband was sent there after brain surgery. There couldnt be a better place to rehab. The staff are always available. Its bright and clean and the lobby looks like a hotel. You can order food 24/7. You arent left wondering if someones going to come if you need them because they will. Everyones cheerful and helpful. You wouldnt find better. Arlene Knebusch

Was staying at AERIUS for 4 weeks. The facility is super nice. Very clean and well tended. Everyone was very nice to me and took very good care of me from all the nurses and aids to all my PT and OT people. Even the ladies who cleaned my room ( every day) couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly. All in all , what wasn’t a great time in my life, was made better by all of Aerius’ workers. I would highly recommend them. ❤️THANK YOU ALL !!

I think the staff at this facility should go back to school because they don't like their job. If they don't want to assist the residents with toileting and cleanup, then they should get an education and then they wouldn't have to work in this field. They make rude and insulting comments to the residents (my mother-in-law) and when they say they are having a medical problem they act like the person is crazy. They say oh we tested her before and it was negative. I said just because it was negative before doesn't mean it isn't positive now. Two days later she passed out in

We had my Mother-in-law at Arius, we didn’t know if it would be long term or short term. We would have been happy either way. She was treated with respect and dignity. Jackie was so amazing, helpful and understanding with all my questions. Tonya was such a big help, she was so understanding and patient, and Mrs.Toles was her nurse aid was so helpful and would always keep my mother-in-law on her toes, with her upbeat personality. I can’t thank you all enough. Arius is the cleanest and most welcoming facility I have seen by far.

So far this place is not that good! I can't say that the staff is not good because it's been 3 days since my brother was brought in and they will not call me back to set up an appt. to see him! I called Tuesday and today with no return Call! I brought him clothes on Tuesday and he still don't have his clothes. I hope they are treating him good. I know with covid going on they have to be carefull but this is getting ridiculous!

My mom was there for 2 wks for cardiac rehab after having a pacemaker put in. Initially I liked aerius but a couple of times while visiting her she needed a nurse. I went to the nurses station multiple times no one. When she was finally discharged, I wasn't allowed to pack her things up, it was already done. If I had been allowed I would have notified them that things were missing. I called the social worker, Hailey and told her my mom was missing a maroon pajama set. I even called and left a message that the pj's were a gift to my mother from my sister, still no call back. I will not recommend

Day one of having a parent here. Called for 1.5 hours and no employees ever answered the phone. It routes to an extension that goes straight to VM. The patients can't call out or receive calls. How in the hell are family members that can't visit supposed to communicate with the patients?!? For a new center, they are not impressing my family.
So the center has different numbers for the nurses station and intake. They are treating the patients well, and the therapy is going well. Patient reposts the food quality is good.
Edit - After 3 weeks, I can say the communication with family members is completely

My mom was admitted to Aerius for Rehab. I was so nervous about putting her in a facility but when I started working with everyone at Aerius my fears were gone. It felt like I was handing her care to family because that’s how they have treated my mom and my whole family. From Michelle Terry down to the house keepers every one is absolutely amazing. When it comes to my grandmother, she means the absolute world to me. I would do anything and everything for her. So when she had a massive stroke in August, she unfortunately lost control of her left side and needed skilled rehabilitation. When I looked into Aerius, the place was new, clean, and very well maintained so we chose it. I was so worried and scared that I wouldn’t be able to see my grandma but through a window. My loved one was there for quite a few weeks for rehab. The facility is state of the art and the rooms are quite large. The nursing staff was receptive and there when needed. The therapy is top notch and he made great strides in his rehab. The discharge planning was less than stellar. It was not coordinated as a team. It became for me a stressful time coordinating most of it on my own. It was not a smooth transition to discharge. No heads up given for a discharge date was provided. Received a call to that he was discharged and to remove him from the center that day or pay. What a horrible end to

This is a new skilled nursing facility which we placed a love one there for rehab. It is a short term facility. It seems well staffed, clean and best of all rooms that are for a single patient. Each room has cable television, own bathroom with shower, temperature thermostat, an wifi throughout the building. The staff are friendly mostly seen with a smile and helpful. They seem to remember patients names quickly. The problem for us are the high ceilings which actually make the rooms loud and for individuals to hear.
