Cynthia is an idiot. I do not know how she has this job. We stayed at my new place last night, this morning we came home to A PERSON IN OUR APARTMENT. He was a pest control dude. But we had no notice and never gave permission to enter. Which I believe is illegal. If we had a notice, we would have been here. We do not want strangers in our place while we aren't here. The pool has been closed for at least 2 weeks due to an electrical hazard. The washers and dryers work in a whim. If you're planning on doing laundry, expect to spend 10$ a load. One of the laundry rooms has been "closed for maintenance

I hope Cynthia sees this!!! Where do I start I called Terrace village asking if there was any available apartments Cynthia said yes I was told by Cynthia there was going to be a downstairs apartment available the first week of June between the 5th-8th. Cynthia said the people moving out are buying a home nearby so I was super excited so I gave Cynthia a Money order of $100 the middle of May to hold that downstairs apartment for me. June 5th came around and I called to check the status of the apartment. Cynthia then told me it will actually be ready Friday or Saturday which is the 9th or 10th. Excited

We have lived in these apartments for over 18 years. It was a really nice apartment complex until the new owners took over and when Sandy left the office, it really took a nose dive for the worst!!! They don't fix anything or when they do, it is with leftover parts that still don't work and make things worse! They are never in the office when it is still working hours. They let the new tenants play loud music and have pets when they clearly state no pets are allowed. The security gate NEVER works! I would not reccommend moving into these apartments anymore. I would not even give it the one star
