Fitness isn't always fun. Gyms can be intimidating, we are busy as hell, and training hard can seem daunting. That's why TTF is about making fitness as enjoyable as possible. Because our trainers are a bunch of fitness-nerds, we know how to get results quickly and safely. We work with all kinds of people looking to get "healthy and hot" (including many who've never belonged to a gym).
Dress to sweat! Gym wear, gym towel, yoga mat, 2 sets of weights (heavy and medium), and running shoes required. Moisture-wicking fabrics are your friends. Layers are suggested on cold days. Your workout starts before you enter the gym - Make sure you have given your body the fuel it needs & rest up the night before!
We know losing weight and getting into shape can be frustrating. And expensive. Wasting money and countless hours on gym memberships, pricey exercise equipment and repetitive impersonal videos isn't the answer. If you're tired of not seeing results, or if you've been putting off your fitness goals for fear of failing, then it's time to make a change.

This fitness business is far the very best. Their workouts are varied so they don't get boring, they care about doing it right and have fantastic trainers. The credit goes to the owners Tammy and Gregg who truly care about their clients and make their locations into a community. They host outside events, bring in complimenting business and make you want to work out. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I’m beyond glad a friend introduced me to Total Training through one of their fun fitness challenges! The workouts are hard but rewarding, and the HIIT rotation workouts are great for ADD types like myself!… There’s a community feel and the staff are friendly, easy to connect with, and genuinely care about the successes of each member.
