I've lived at the Greens for around 2 years, and I wouldn't have moved out if I wasn't going to Little Rock for a job. The office staff are fantastic and prompt, maintenance is thorough, and if your request is reasonable they get it done quickly! Incredible price for what you get, and utilities are decent as well.
