I have lived here for about 2 months maybe and i honestly and very happy with everything. i had a few things i needed fixed and the maintenance people were super nice and helpful. anytime i call the office w questions they try their best to give me answers and call me back quickly if not. i’m very pleased with my stay so far :)

The management and office people are very rude and does not communicate with tenants however I was impressed with the maintenance. I complained about paint splattered everywhere, the manager Steve said "sorry about that we contract the cheapest painting company".
I didn't enjoy the clubhouse to avoid the people that worked in the office. They have new management but she is rude also. Is this a requirement on resumes to work there, lol The maintenance department is awesome.

We have lived here about 4 years. After living in a couple other (mediocre at best) Lindsey Properties in my life, I can say this is definitely the best there is!
Not once have I ever had an issue with management. In fact, I really appreciate what they do here and the customer service they provide. Management has changed a couple of times, and while they’ve all been good I really, really appreciate the management they have now. Steve is really the best!

Lived there for two years. Never in all my life have I had to deal with that level of incompetency and laziness from staff members of any organization or business. Bringing irrefutable proof merely results in poorly thought out lies to try and cover up the laziness and incompetence. Learn from my example and make ALL communication with the office through email, so that you have a record of what was said and by whom.
Other than that, the apartments were fine for the cost and the maintenance crew was great.
