USELESS management. Ghetto things like this all around the complex (i added a picture of a destroyed structure for trash bins. Check it out). Garbage strewn everywhere, in the grass, bushes, and around the trash bins (nobody cares to actually put it in). Cracked roads, massive potholes, never fixed. Badly designed drainage results in muddy puddles on the sidewalk that stick around for months. If you’re looking for a temporary place, maybe rent a small house or find another complex. Your future self will thank you.

Maintenance very rude, whenever you decide to put in a work order. Too bad, cause my parents are the nicest people and they don't complain to management here, so I decided too write too review. I'm not that way of just leaving it without saying a thing. They had company over for lunch and the maintenence guy came over to fix the dryer/washer and my parents said they only used the dryer/ washer 2 times since we've been here. And being nice decided to say this is why your washer/ dryer isn't working, It's like he didn't want to fix the problem but had attitude. We didn't ask for attitude. Your being

We lived almost 6years in the apartment. The day we entered the carpet really bad in shape.starting even the apartment people agreed on this.we vacated the apartment this month they literally charged us 95$ for steam cleaning carpet. How it make sense even you do whatever cleaning the carpet is really old and bad in shape. We handover the apartment cleaned and well meaintained. They charged 120$ for cleaning+ carpet cleaning 95$.
We are ok with house cleaning charge but the carpet cleaning doesn't make sense.
If your moving in please make a note of this better take pictures are so..

I would give this property 0 stars!! BEWARE!!! The lease issued by "CORE 3 Properties" is written to benefit them and take the tenants deposit!! READ carefully!!! Upon moving out you will be charged for carpet shampooing, painting, cleaning, and any other expense CORE 3 would incur in preparing the apartment for the next tenant!! BEWARE!!!! The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen and there is NO green space for kids to play!!!

I lived here with my sister for about two years and overall it was pretty good. We loved the pool in the summer. A lot of times we were the only ones there which was really nice. Once the construction was done on the intersection of Allen and Alta it was really nice to access the trail (although they started construction after we had signed our lease and never mentioned it which was frustrating). We loved the big kitchen but it was a little disappointing having a huge kitchen and a small living space. Maintenance was always good at fixing issues in a timely manner. Some of the bad: We did get a

Yesterday 1/10/17 me and fiancé signed our 12 month lease at prairie vista. The apartment layout is massive, clean, quiet and very well kept. We set up a tour with the property manager Kim. We then proceeded to look at up to 7 other apartment complexes to see what else was out there and nothing compared by a long shot. When it came down to it we had decided to go with Prairie Vista. We then went and met with Kim again. That's what really set the difference apart Kim was extremely helpful through out the process. When it came time to sign the lease I had no worries and zero second thoughts.
