Services
Total Rental Center was started in 1970 as a Taylor Rental Franchise at the present location in Gresham OR at 220th and Stark Street. At that time all of our rental items would fit inside our building! In 1984 we left the franchise and became Total Rental Center. In 1984 we also opened our second location, B&R Rentals, at the intersection of Orient Drive and Kelso Road in the Sandy/Boring area to better serve those customers of that area.

Rented a lawn edger, they tested it before loading it and showed me how to operate. The front desk personnel were professional and courteous. When I checked it back in they met me at the curb, unloaded it. The front desk said returning the edger and we completed our business with a smile in 10 minutes or less. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Total Rental Center.

I rented a hot water pressure washer from them on Saturday and when it was all hooked up I turned it on and followed all the directions and the water never heated up. I called them to let them know and they said bring it back in the morning. I returned to the store and dropped off the machine. I went inside thinking they wouldn’t charge me because it didn’t work. They called the boss and told him that they knew it wasn’t working when they rented it to me. Then they charge me for one day rental of a pressure washer. I didn’t need a pressure washer I have one at home. What I needed was hot

I've used B&R several times only because it's close otherwise I would use anybody else. They are the other half of Total Rental in Gresham who has a great reputation.
Today I inquired if they had a Left-Hand Threaded Die. He asked me to hold to check into it. I was about to hang up after six minutes when the only other person picked up and asked how he could help me. I asked for the item and he quickly replied, "We don't carry those."
About a year ago I rented an attachment for my Bobcat T200 at closing time. It did not fit as they proclaimed. When I brought it back the next morning, I explained

One could not find a better equipped and organized business with whom to do business! I was so very tired from packing and was ready to rent the truck and appliance dollie to take the final step of getting what was needed to the new place. These folks had just what I had called and set up to rent and everything nice and clean and ready to go even though I showed up early in case things were not lined up---had people coming to help and wanted to be ready for them.
They were friendly, kind and I left there with a smile. Awesome to work with folks who believe you are the customer and you are "right
