I call the other number listed here on yelp multiple times. No answer, one ring and straight to voicemail. Must be permanently closed since there is literally no one and nothing there

I was in Boston and on my way down to NYC, The worst happen, not only the passports (2) were stolen off the Amtrak train "but all the currency I had from China, Japan, the EU, and more plus traveler's checks were gone. Went there under the guarantee of a set price located on their website.
Only to arrive at the store and told a much higher price. when I asked why the price was so high, was informed "because I don't have the screen and the screen I do have cost more." so of course I responded with "And how is that my issue when the price said 109? Incompetent. Gave an iphone 6s for screen fixing. Everything was working except the broken screen. When they returned, home button was not working. Went back, home is working but finger print scanner is not working, and guy says home is damaged, cant fix. That was not the case when I gave the phone.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy in because the screen needed to be replaced. They did the job and I paid them $108.86. 2 days later the screen they put in just cracked! I did not drop the phone or mishandle it in any way. I googled this and saw that this is not an uncommon occurrence.

During Covid, repaired a box of old, broken devices that we'd set aside as "too broken" to repair. Included successful repair of a variety of iPad models, with issues ranging from fully shattered screens with shards infringing on internals, broken charge ports, digitizers that would not respond, and iPads that would not turn on. I got a screen replacement for the price of $110 (there are cheaper for better) and got a screen protector added (for another $40) I was told that this was the best one and i got it (there were cheaper but I got it because I was assured the quality) 1 week later I dropped my phone off my bed and the entire front screens cracked not the screen protector and the entire front of the iPhone came off. Went in For A Quick Screen Repair because I was Stranded around the area, got charged $130 for New Front Screen. After leaving the store same night my phone started acting up. This place doesn't repair headphones. I emailed them (image attached) to inquire about a repair (not a logic board as the owner stated in reply) and they responded that they can fix the certain make and model (image attached). I called to double-check because of the terrible reviews and the reviews are correct! Horrible customer service, snappy, and rude. Thankfully I was saved by the reviews and doing some due diligence. Avoid if you care about your phone or other products. The owner replied on yelp used my last name and even read other reviews to use that as a base to question my review

Their website said $50 for iPhone SE screen replacement. I even called to double check if that was accurate. The woman on the phone said yes. I took a one hour trip from Brooklyn for the low price to be told " actually I looked again and that price is for the old SE. Yours would be $89". They refused to give me any discount even though they falsely advertised. I understand its already discounted but they could have offered something to take responsibility for the mistake.

Save yourself the money and disappointment and DO NOT get your screen repaired here. For the whopping price of $140 after tax, you will leave with a discolored and warped screen. Whatever was done to my phone screen is worse than having a huge crack. All colors are over saturated. It's like there is an orange filter on my phone. When I complained to the store, they tried to fix it again but when that failed I was told that this is what replacement screens look like- FALSE.
I hardly ever write reviews but this was such a terrible experience. Seriously do not get your screen fixed or replaced

I've been coming here for over 5 years as a dedicated customer. I dealt with Johnny for years and always would bring customers phones and my own repeatedly at least a couple times a year. He was always a pleasure but my last 2 times including today, I was met with behavior unlike the reputation I've known

They have no idea what they're doing. I took my phone in to get the screen replaced...
Not only did they not manage to replace it, they cracked the screen even more, and they cracked the back panel completely. Without apologizing, they wanted me to pay $50 for the effort.
While in the store another fellow came in complaining that screen they replaced for him was coming undone too.

We are from Houston and came in when we broke the LED screen on our iPhone X. Price is reasonable compared to other places. Be aware that there is a service fee on top of the quoted price. This place did not honor their Yelp $10 for $20 deal, claiming I had already gotten a discount (?) and "they don't work for free." They advertise $49 on Yelp, I was quoted $69 on the phone, and was quoted $79.99 in store, all for the same screen fixing service. I'd classify this company as unprofessional, inconsistent, and pretty rude in their communication.

212 NYC Wireless was amazing. They were at our place within 30 minutes. After the repair the Touch ID didn't work (they tested everything else before giving the phone back, but I forgot to test Touch ID.) They came back and repaired it and now it is 100% better than before. These guys do great work, are friendly, and have super reasonable prices. I'd recommend them to anyone needing iPhone repair.

I had an issue with a chip in my iPhone and they were more than quick to replace the battery and port ensuring the replacement parts are the only way to fix the issue. Over $100 later and now I only can use certain cables to charge my phone. Keep in mind, the port and battery were never the culprit of the issue. Make sure if you call and ask what the price is for any phone repair and be sure to ask if that's the coupon price or the regular price before the coupon. They quoted me $80 over the phone no mention of a coupon, then when I saw that there was a coupon on Yelp and went in to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed they told me that the coupon was already applied!!!!
