Stephanie and her team have been the BEST property management I’ve ever rented from ! We moved from out of state, she made videos for us to see the house, and was so helpful and sweet anytime I contacted her. She handled a few HOA confusions for us and had our backs every time. Any questions I had or issues with the house, she was so prompt to respond and get things taken care of.
I would recommend Level Up to anyone looking to rent. We have been renting for 10 years and this was BY FAR the best experience!

We used Level Up Property Management when we rented out our first rental. Being first time landlords was very scary and Stephanie really helped us by sitting down with us to go over the lease that Level Up uses. It covered everything that we could think of and more! She has been doing property management for over 10 years and has so much knowledge. Level Up has dealt with any tenant issues that we've had since, and is always very timely with their response. I would definitely recommend using Level Up for any property management need.
