The park went above and beyond our expectations when I stop by after spending a whole day broke down in a grocery store parking lot and ask if I could use a spot for a few hours to dump my tanks and take a shower.. Not only did the front desk tenant give me 75% off but she let us use the park showers.. We stayed for about 3 hours and cleaned up ourselves and our rig after a tough a few days with a broken down truck.

RUNDOWN!! Website makes it seem great. We decided to drive thru before making reservation. Good thing. This is mostly permanent and some RVs are completely run down. Grass areas in bad shape. Close to each other. I would definitely not stay here. Their website is deceiving. It's an ugly RV park.

No pads to park was very muddy. Also hook ups way to back of spot. Need extensions to reach. We ended up leaving due to ruts in mud. First time there.

It has been a year since we have called and asked for monthly spots they have told me over the phone that by April they should have monthly spots open and i have called a couple times and the lady over the phone has said that they don't have any open and it's weird because we have a couple of friends that live in this RV park and told us that some long term people have left. I have asked over the phone if they have a wait list and the lady has told me no. I don't know what the deal is but I guess if y'all are looking for long term don't call here just a waste of time.

If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is not it. I’m being generous with three stars. This is full-timers park. The slots are small and stacked on top of each other. The WiFi is pointless. There are zero amenities. The grass was over grown. The guy who mows started mowing on Friday, I inquired to please have him mow our slot. Didn’t happen. One of the full-timers across from us had a push mower that we were able to borrow so we could at least try to enjoy being outside (the weather happened to be incredible). The one only thing truly positive about this park is it is right next to

They claim to be big rig friendly, they are absolutely not. Sites are narrow with large trees that prevent large slides from being extended. Sites need rock added. It was raining the night we stayed, the place was a mud hole. Mostly permanent RVs.

Photos are deceiving. This is a park for permanent residents. Grass is not mowed or kept up. Mud around the sites to track into RV. WiFi is non-existent. Feels like a trailer trash park. Would not stay here ever again.

This is our second visit to Berry Springs RV Park and will not be our last. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The slot is large and has trees for shade! There is a large fenced dog park where you can let your dog off leash. The laundry is clean and nice. I can't address the showers since we have our own!.
