Best RV park around Austin area. We bought a brand new RV and checked around at RV parks a month before we moved in. We looked at and called over 50 parks. Country Oasis is a responsible price and it’s absolutely beautiful here! They take good care of the lawn, the laundry room is always spotless and everyone here is super nice! We are definitely going to call this place home for awhile. You can’t go wrong with country oasis rv park! At all. Plus the owners are super nice and accommodating! So glad we get to call this place home for awhile!!💕

RUNDOWN!! NO pride in ownership. It's like these people buy an RV park, collect a check, and let the campers do whatever they want, and let the park go to hell. Website makes it seem great. We decided to drive thru before making reservation. Good thing. This is mostly permanent and some RVs are completely run down. Grass areas in bad shape. I would definitely not stay here. Their website is deceiving. It's an ugly RV park.

We stayed at this park for almost 3 years. We loved it all. Safety was a huge thing for us, since it was mostly the kiddos and myself during the day, and we felt completely at home here. We loved that there was always somebody on site if we ever needed anything. Toward the end of living there I started to work nights and got home after midnight and I never felt unsafe outside by myself. We had planned to be RV-ers for life because of our experience with country Oasis, BUT the kiddos were ready for a yard to be able to run wild with the pup, something they couldn't do because we didn't have a fence

Clean Landry place with a big table to fold. SUPER CLEAN smells great too. The dryer will dry more if you add more coins. The area is nice and peaceful. Husband wants to move out he feels like watt prices are too higj...but people seem to be friendly and nice nobody bugs nobody. People drive slow here cautions of the children...family own business. No issues with watts was too high other then that great spot
