I brought my windows 7 computer that had a program in it that could not be replaced to Computer Repair Force after is stopped working. I was profoundly pleased with their professionalism and service. This is the place for your computer needs; look no further.
edit: brought the computer there again a year later for new problem, again amazing service. they needed to clone the hard drive since it was failing. when I took the computer back to my office, one important program would not run ( no fault of theirs, it's complicated). I brought it back and they spend what must have been hours on figuring

I had them physically clean my deceased husband's computer and afterwards the latest password did not work, the e-mail was nowhere to be found and Microsoft 10 had become Microsoft 8. They said they never turned it on. All I did was turn it on when I got it back and suddenly nothing worked anymore. Very bizarre. After a hiccup with one salesperson the owner and his staff are being responsive and helping me out to restore what has been lost..

My 2011 MacBook Air was running incredibly slow and I brought my laptop in for a free diagnostic test. After a couple of hours, they determined that it needed a SSD replacement and they explained how much it would cost. I kindly asked them to fix the issue and it was done in less than 24 hours.

I needed my Macbook Pro repaired for multiple reasons. Mitch and his time were incredibly helpful and reasonable with pricing. Even after having some additional issues, Mitch was quick to offer help and support without delay and always did the right thing when some issues were unable to be fixed immediately (such as allowing me to use another computer while my laptop was being fixed). I am very appreciative of Computer Repair Force and will definitely be referring to and using them in the future!

My husband came here to fix his laptop that stopped charging randomly. They gave him a free diagnostics and within 20 minutes they were able to determine that it was just the charger, and not his actual battery or laptop. They saved us a tremendous amount of money and time. Very professional, and super friendly as well. Highly recommend coming here.

I have used this service a few times over the past 3-4 years. For iPad, iPhone screen and Windows laptop issues. The staff is consistently professional and responsive. I had my hard drive replaced by the team here last year, and it worked like when I first bought the laptop. Fast-forward one year to today, my Microsoft office stopped working. I was hesitant to email the team here because it had been so long since the repair, but to my surprise, they offered a remote connection fix of my issue free of charge... We scheduled an appointment in short notice and Mitchell had my issue resolved quickly. These guys know what they are doing and seem to really have the customers' best interest in mind. Highly recommend them
