I took my BMW 540i to Lee Rollins for tire service last week. Robert assisted me. He was the ultimate professional. Robert was efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a honest appraisal of my tire situation. No beating around the bush, straight to the point.

A friend of mine recommended Lee Rollins Firestone for an oil change. I made an appointment on the phone with Robert and the time of the appointment was honored. I waited for my car while it was serviced. Tire rotation & safety check of the vehicle is included with the oil change. I appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me have other work on my car. Great service and excellent value - much cheaper than Valvoline & dealer service centers! Although I hope to only return for routine maintenance, I'm glad to have found a great place for auto repair.

I went in to this place to get an alignment and they did a great job in a short amount of time. They called me halfway through to let me know that my coil overs were uneven but they would balance it out best they can. When I got my 4runner back it was all set and felt great! Thank you Lee Rollins for the great job on my mother's SUV. Now she doesn't have to share Uber rides an hour away with sick people while she goes to her radiotherapy appointments

I came for an oil change, and they did an excellent job. I dropped off my vehicle and was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. It was ready sooner. They're a busy place, but I made an appointment. Nice waiting room, but due to covid, I was more comfortable waiting out front on the bench they put out there. Professional service!

I have used Yelp for many years, but this is the first time that I felt compelled to share my experience with a review. Let me start by simply saying THANK YOU to Mark, Robert, and Crew! I was having trouble with my 2015 VW GTI and received a $4500 quote for repair from another German auto repair shop. I was actually referred to Mark and team by another mechanic that I trusted as he was too swamped to get my car in.
In trying to keep this short, I'll simply say that Mark and Crew repaired my car for a total of about $1300 ($3,200 less than my previous quote!). What's more important

Fabulous service and honest, respectful employees. As a woman, it can be difficult to get my car fixed and not feel like I'm being ripped off. All employees at this location were incredibly patient with me and explained all my options. They ended up giving me a better deal on 4 new tires than Costco. I am able to come here any time to get my tire pressure checked. I will be coming back for all my car needs. Not everyone was wearing a mask (for Covid), but I didn't need to interact with many people so it was okay.

My girlfriend has been coming here with her personal vehicle AND work vehicles for YEARS; she swears by this place and refuses to go anywhere else! I stopped by earlier this week to get quote on tire replacements, and was very pleased with their service -even during a pandemic, they work fast. Mark, Robert, and Vinny are kind, responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. My new tires looks amazing! I'll definitely be coming back for all my auto needs.

We were customers for a long time, but today we experience the WORST customer service! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER will go back or refer anybody to this shop. Robert you should ask your boss for time off that way you don't hang up the phone when a long time customer is talking to you! At least Vinie was a good listener and willing to help. Mark, if you read this review, don't ignore it. We tried to work with your workers but the way they treated us it is not acceptable!!

Got my alignment and full synthetic oil change with them for my PriusC. It was done within approximately a couple hours after drop off.

I don’t always have great experience with the Firestone chain, but this specificstore not only has extremely friendly services, but has also always met my scheduling needs — including a few rushed last minute requests. They are very thorough with their work and are patient enough to explain things to me at the level I (someone with very little car knowledge) can understand. A solid simple shop! Walked in, had no appointment - Told them the issue I was having and they took in my truck, found the problem, explained what it was and how much it will cost, then fixed it.
Too bad there aren't more mechanics like this.
