Pete's Cycle Company was founded by Walter C. Leach Sr. in 1938. He started out repairing bicycles and building flower boxes out of his parent's basement on Harford Road in Baltimore, MD. during The Great Depression. Walter was given the nickname 'Pete' hence the name of Pete's Cycle! Shortly after, Walter (aka Pete) left to serve his Country in World War II.

Low ballers, took it for inspection 2 weeks ago passed because my bike is a 2020 only has 1200 miles an has barely been ridden. Then take it to see if they want to buy it Can Am Ryker guy comes back asking who inspected my bike. I said you guys 2 weeks ago then he said a bracket or something underneath is cracked so how would it of passed an why would you let me ride it out of there wouldn't it have not been very safe to ride home? Gee thanks guys.

Has a lot of variety from motorcycles to off road vehicles. Apparel hekments and parts very large selection and they will special order it to the store for you if its not on the floor. Have been a returning customer for years. Only reason not 5 stars is due to multiple over the phone issues from being placed on hold for 20 mins to be hung up on while on hold, it takes 10-15 mins to get them on the phone when you call, and had a few disrespectful employees over the phone one who hung up on me when I called to price check about tires. In store I have never had a issue I've always been treated great

Truly great service. They helped me understand what bike repairs were needed, what the work would look like if I took it on myself, and went above and beyond once I arrived - WAY above and beyond.
I can't speak highly enough of the character of this crew!
They helped me load the bike onto the back of a sprinter van, which included drilling a hole in the hitch, strapping it in, and answering a ton of questions. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks Joe and Wayne!

I was searching for a Kawasaki Ninja 650, and I called more 20 dealerships in a range of 450 miles from my place. Everyone told me that they were busy and were going to call me back, but Pete's cycle was the only one that actually did it.

My friend and I are from Massachusetts and we'd been searching for a deal on a pair of new Triumph Tiger 800's, and because of availability of bikes and great prices we ended up driving down to Baltimore to Pete's to get our bikes. Jeff Hill was our salesman and he was very helpful getting all the paperwork and the bikes prepped before our arrival. Also the finance department was great. They had everything ready for us when we arrived and we were back on the road headed home within about 90 minutes. Thanks Pete's!
