Dr. Parekh has completed the North Carolina-mandated intensive 3-day training required in order to become a court appointed parenting coordinator and is pleased to offer this service to the community as a means to decrease conflict in children's lives.

Dr. Craig is the best!! This is my 4th therapist that I have had and is by far the best. Dr. Craig has been the first to actually understand and listen to my feelings and help me work through them in real world ways (and not just quirky one - liners a lot of therapists have thrown my way). The office is quiet and the woman at the front desk is always so sweet. I haven’t had any problems scheduling here every week and they always give me my allotted time. I am so excited to continue my therapy here and see how much I improve.

Horizon was a complete waste of time and money for me. I waited over 3 months to get my first appointment, which was an initial meeting and a few questions. Then another couple weeks for my second appointment, which ended up being a few tests from a paper notebook, which I could’ve taken online for free, if I had just searched for it. Then a third appointment (3 more weeks) for my “results”, which were absolutely nothing. Could’ve been given to me over the phone, or at the very least in a letter, but Horizon wanted to charge for one more appointment and waste more of my time. The practice

Do NOT waste your time with this practice.
The doctor did not listen to the patients concerns as an individual and believes all people can be judged by the same tests. If the doctor listened to the patient or attempted to offer an alternative diagnosis, this review would be very different.
I went to Horizon Phsychological services for Nueropsych testing and diagnosis. They failed to provide an accurate diagnosis and would not review other professional information/studies that suggest the testing completed does not provide accurate diagnosis for adults of certain situations, of which this case

Be careful about seeing Michael Youron. His billing arrangements, especially with cash is questionable. And his assessment and treatment may not be for you. Check with a reputable Dr to find out what kind of treatment you need. If you do receive treatment from Dr Michael Youron, you are going to have a very difficult time trying to get records from his office.
