I have had my property managed by EPM. In all those years I have never had to worry about anything. They handled absolutely everything and made owning a rental property one of the easiest investments I’ve ever made. There marketing and maintenance are above and beyond.

Terrible company! They charged us for Covid-19 disinfecting, who does that? I did not pay my deposit with the knowledge that a pandemic would happen and then this company takes advantage of it and charges every single tenant for disinfecting. This is ridiculous! If a company or landlords what's to clean or disinfect after I have already done the same that's fine go ahead but do not charge me for it. Stay far away from this business, who anywhere else. Soldiers, if your only choice is between living in a home managed by these people or living on post, just stay on post!

I was charged a deposit for each adult in the household. When I went to move in, the place was infested with roaches. I had to stay in a hotel the first week while I hired my own company to treat the house and get rid of the bugs. When something broke, the never fixed it, just patched it up and blamed the homeowner.
When I completed my lease, I had the place professionally cleaned before I left. They charged me for cleaning and mowing and kept half our deposit despite the condition they gave us the home in. DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE BY THESE PEOPLE.

We are in our 3rd year renting and we appreciate how easy it has been. The app portal they use is very convenient, and we haven't had any communication issues. Every employee that we have encountered or talked to has been professional and polite.

My wife is a property owner in Copperas Cove and we have had Executive Property Management handling her two residential properties for over 13 years. They have done an excellent job for us as owners, going to great effort at one point when professional squatters tried to muscle in own us. Their current maintenance supervisor is the best that I have ever been around. He doors his job with excellence in serving us as owners and yet taking care of his employer's interests as well.

So far I have had the best experience renting through this company. Every problem we have had has been met with compassion and understanding. They are quick to repair items and respond to concerns! Andrea is the sweetest and always follows up! I really hope that when or if we move our we have the same experience!!! This has been a completely stress free experience for us!

I moved out in 2011 for a deployment to Afghanistan, and at the time, I was under the impression everything was fine. My mom and I had spent a week cleaning the rental house from top to bottom, with my mom doing the final walk trough with the agent; they still kept my deposit. Fast forward to 2017, 6 years later, I'm trying to get a home loan and I was informed that I owe over 700 dollars. Not only did they keep my deposit, but they charged me above and beyond. Needless to say, they see soldiers as a money making machine and this place should be avoided at all costs. Do your future self a favor
