I don’t like mechanics but I have to say I’m very happy with the service at Brazzeal. They have a system where they send you a text with everything that needs to get done, it has pictures of the problem and a breakdown of the cost (parts + labor). I loved this because I don’t know anything about cars and having this information helps me make educated decisions. It is a bit costly but I rather support an honest mechanic that lets me know upfront what to expect than one that takes advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I will be back for sure.

I took my car here for a second opinion after a dealership insisted I needed to replace some very expensive parts. Both the service representative and the mechanic I spoke with were very helpful and informative. They determined that I didn't yet need to replace the parts after what I felt was a very thorough diagnostic. Everything from booking the service appointment to picking up my keys was a much better experience than the dealerships where I've had work done in the past. I highly recommend Brazzeal and I'll be returning here myself whenever I need service in the future.

I was looking for a Mechanic Service to replace
my transmission gear shift cable. I checked around called a few businesses and the turn around time was 4-5 days. My neighbor recommended Brazzeal Automotive I called and spoke with a representative. So I had my car towed and dropped off at Brazzeal. The service was great they kept me in the loop my gear shift cable was replaced and the price was reasonable and my car was completed in one day. Oversized, high performance tire on my 911 picked up a nail and went flat on a day trip to Tampa. “Captain” John was able to source and install two high performance Michelins by 4:30 pm even though I did not get the car to the service center until 4:30.pm. Quality work, reasonable prices, courteous and professional staff…what else is there? Will definitely use Brazzeal’s again!

Had a nail in my tire and Brazzeal was recommended to me by a local resident. Pulled in and they did everything they could to get me back on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price.
Went back to Brazzeal to have brakes, alignment checked, new tires etc. Very professional and explained options well. Vehicle was ready on time. Great staff at the front desk.

Tire repair. This was the third tire shop I went to for a quick repair. The other shop was hours of waiting for the repair and the second shop just ignored me as I stood at the counter while 2 employees refused to even acknowledge me and say we will be with you as soon as we finish phone calls & ours paperwork for the day.
Brazzeal was quick and courteous. The technician did reinstall my tire incorrectly. (Failed to match white letters out.). But when I returned the next morning, they quickly corrected the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.
Cost was expensive, but got what I needed.

Outstanding service! I was from out of town and found a nail in my tire. I called and made an appointment at 10:00 am for the next day. I arrived 5 minutes before 10, my car was taken in at 10:05, my tire was patched in no time at all. I paid my bill and was on the road in less than 25 minutes. The young man who worked on my car took his time to show me how the tire was slowly leaking air and the nail that he pulled out. Definitely would recommend this shop to everyone!!!

Brought my car in because it seemed that my tire was losing air and I was unable to fix at a self service station. Customer service was first-class and my car was in and out by the end of the day. They even filled up the rest of my tires to the recommended level. I was referred to them by the Firestone across the street (the usual place I go to when I have tire issues) but it looks like I have a new go-to thanks to this great experience!

I pulled in after losing serpentine belt guy was accommodating then said 175.80 to install a $40 belt I agreed I was stuck then he said I needed a tensioner a $ 80 part but total was now $ 885 ? $125 max on parts then to try to charge me $760 for labor he said 3.5 hrs labor so $ 200 per hr .. I think not had insurance tow to pinellas park where the job was done in 1.5 hrs and Part's were $ 65 and labor was $170. Car is good they should be ashamed at trying to gouge me.. buyer beware..

I chose to get 2 tires replaced at Brazzeal's since they had the same brand (Michelin) as my other tires and my friend always comes here and she highly recommends this place. For the initial appointment to get the tire checked out to figure why it kept going flat, Brazzeal's took only about 20min

I have been going to this place for about 2 years, ever since I moved to Tampa. I usually leave my car for the day, let them do their thing and pick it up after work. It's clean, they are very professional, and kind. They also started doing this thing where they send you a link to a "report card" for your car after you get an oil change. For someone that doesn't know much about cars, it's VERY helpful and transparent. They saved us!! My hubby and I and 3 pups were on our way home we had driven onto the Howard Franklin and the front end started making noises.... 4 ways on 30 degree weather .. this location was right off the bridge ... immediately took in our car ... the mechanic drove it.... then pulled it into the bay...
We had new tires installed the Friday prior ... someone didnt tighten our lug nuts. We could have lost a tire... Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

Very helpful group who are all honest and up front and able to talk things through in layman's terms. Went in and told them what I thought was wrong (a $500 issue) and they told me it was something else and that it was only a $5 issue. Been going ever since. They're also willing to give you a ride pending availability if you have to leave your car.

They did a great job of getting me situated with new tires the same day I came in. Two days later, I got a nail in my tire and took it back to them for a $30 patch job. After getting that fixed, unfortunately we had issues with the programming of my car. They claimed it to be impossible to have affected the programming of the vehicle. What I can say is that my car programming was fine before having my tires changed and it was not after being worked on.

Frankly I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews. Perhaps their change in ownership a year back changed their outlook on customer services. I would NOT take you car here.

Needed a new set of tires on my car and was pleasantly surprised by this local shop. Chris the owner greeted me as I walked in and was very professional and got me a quote in no time. The waiting room was spacious and very clean. They had me back on the road in under an hour. They did recommend other work that my car needed but weren't pushy about any of it. These guys are Tampa's best kept secret for tires and oil changes! My office is literally right around the corner from these guys and I had no idea they were there. Yelp actually led me to them and a set of tires and oil change later I figured I owed the karmic review universe some feedback on my experience. Let's be honest...it's difficult if not impossible to say you LOVED getting tires as they are expensive and a must have item which don't provide materialistic pleasure.
